Hotel Rivamare

I would have given a score of 5 but there were a couple of issues maybe some with a language barrier or just the staff aren’t used to small complaints. Firstly we had an issue with our toilet running constantly after flushing this kept my wife awake at times in the night,I literally took the hotel staff down to the room on the first morning of our 4 night stay. The plumber turned up the night before we were leaving? Secondly at breakfast we went to wait to queue for a table but was told to go by ourselves,there was no menu,so had to ask what they had,after a couple of morning I noticed the Italians were allowed to go to the breakfast bar to order,I didn’t understand this and when our breakfast came there were somethings that weren’t with our order,the server didn’t write anything down?(the second morning and rest of our stay there were two servers)? The rooms and location was spot on,over looking the beach,with sun beds €10 a day each The beds,rooms were comfortable,clean and the shower water pressure and AC were really good. I would recommend staying here and would go back even with the couple of small issues I mentioned the staff were really friendly to as I said some things may have been a language barrier thing

Lovely few days at this hotel staff very friendly and location amazing. We had a room with a balcony on 3rd floor and was a traditional Italian room. Would definitely recommend a very good location and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

we were given a very warm welcome from Costanza and Gabriele we arrived early because of the ferry so we left our luggage there and went to lunch , when we arrived back we were taken to our room and our luggage was in the room for us.We found all the staff kind and friendly. breakfast was served on the terrace by Danilo also very link and friendly. our room (304) was decorated to a high standard , as was everywhere in the hotel and from our balcony you could see the sea. There is a bar but not very well stocked , i could not get a gin and tonic, but there is a fridge in the room so we just went to a local mini market. the hotel is on the beach and it cost s 20 euro for two sun beds and brolly, fantastic hotel and location.as a disabled person i was looked after so kindly. there is no lift. The hotel is spotless .cant wait to go back next year

As with all stays, the real importance is how relaxed and welcome you feel. In that, the Rivamare scores 100%. Constanza, running the desk, was a miracle of hospitality. For the (brutal) length of those 12 hour shifts, nothing was too much trouble, nothing was omitted, and nothing but friendliness. Outstanding. Breakfast was also served with exceptional professionalism, a real credit to the industry. Thank you so much for making our stay such a pleasure, and such a happy memory.

Non potevo che attribuire 5 stelle. È un hotel semplice, che non offre la piscina come servizio ma che offre tanta disponibilità, gentilezza e soprattutto tanta pulizia. La stanza che avevamo scelto era la più economica ma nonostante questo era ben curata, semplice e molto pulita. La colazione era ottima e i camerieri si mettevano a disposizione per tutto. Ho veramente apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale , i due ragazzi che portavano la colazione erano di una professionalità e di una gentilezza incredibile, per non parlare del proprietario e delle persone alla reception che si sono messi a disposizione. Anche la signora delle pulizie è stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica, non abbiamo trovato difetti, un hotel tranquillo che offre anche la comodità di trovarsi vicino alla movida del porto e vicino al mare. Grazie per la vostra gentilezza, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ottima posizione per la spiaggia e lo shopping, personale cortese. Rapporto offerta e prezzo non soddisfacente. Eccessivamente caro per i servizi offerti. Manca una SPA ed una piscina. Migliorerei la colazione che attualmente viene servita a tavola e non è a buffet.
