"The hotel is located in a very central location. The B&B is located in a very good location. You can reach everything walking away. Clean and spacious room for a couple. Breakfast in the very good room and always timely. We asked the girl for information and she was very helpful to help us. We are really very happy."

Pagoda Lifestyle Hotel

"Avoid this hotel at all costs! We booked this for 1 night and had to change our itinerary. Shortly after booking, I emailed and received no response. I then called and spoke with a woman who said she would give the message to the reservation manager. I have since emailed six times and called 2 additional times. I finally reached out to American Express travel who I booked with and they reached out on my behalf. This ridiculous hotel would not make an exception. Unreal! I have always been able to work directly with hotel if something were to come up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Or lack there of. Couldn’t be bothered to even respond to me. Shame on me for booking a nonrefundable. Now I’m out over $600. If you’re looking for great customer service look elsewhere. Speaks volumes on how one would be treated upon arrival."

"View is great. Room is OK but looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Rust on radiator and stain on settee. Breakfast was OK but had better on our trip. Location is OK but you need transport to get to and from the town as roads are not walkable unless you have a death wish. Lots of hype about this place but we just found it to be average. "

"Warm and helpful welcome by Rosario, he is a super host who was always on hand for anything we needed during our 3 night stay. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi always clean. If you rent a car or scooter (Rosario helped with this as well) there is free parking behind the hotel. The rooms are spotless and come with basic amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt at ease as soon as we met Rosario! We would love to come back, thank you so much."

"This hotel gave me a very big surprise. First of all, the location is very good, not far from Aragon Castle and Ischia Pier, all within walking distance. The hotel gave me a free room upgrade, and the balcony of the room directly overlooks the Aragon Castle, with invincible sea views. The hotel also has a two-story public roof terrace with a wide view and feels that the Aragon Castle is within easy reach. The hotel's service is also very good, including a rich breakfast. This is a very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended!"

"A strategic hotel in its position a few steps from the port and the walking streets of Ischia. Cozy and clean hotel, very friendly staff, I recommend. Some rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the port, very pleasant when waking up. The only flaw is the breakfast which should be looked after a little more. I'll be back"

La Rosa - Luxury B&B

"I stayed at this B&B for a weekend with my family. They gave us the Blue Monday apartment, and it was truly fantastic, far exceeding our expectations. We were greeted kindly by the two owners, who immediately offered us cold water to cool off from the heat. They are two truly wonderful people, very attentive to their guests' needs; they made us feel comfortable, offered advice, and fulfilled our requests. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, spacious, and above all, spotlessly clean. The outdoor area (not shared but for the exclusive use of guests) is large and, in addition to a table and loungers for sunbathing, boasts a hot tub where you can relax. The breakfast was excellent!! In addition to the various selections, the owners offer the possibility of having other items upon request. The Ischian croissant was truly fabulous!! Good location, 15/20 minutes by bus from the Aragonese Castle and Ischia Port; the bus stop is right in front of the B&B."
