"It's the third time I've come here. I suffer from gluten and lactose intolerance. After some discussion in the room, the previous times, the chef, very kind, prepares me small, very tasty alternatives and for this I thank him very much. On my third experience, upon arrival in the room, without even a good morning or welcome, I was immediately told by the maitre d' in the breakfast room, in a very rude way, that, "due to directives from above", I can no longer receive lactose and gluten-free alternatives, but exclusively what is displayed on the buffet. I go out without having breakfast as I can't eat anything. I ask the manager if an alternative is possible, being a 4 star, and he replies yes. The next day I received the "alternatives", absolutely not like the other times, and I had to send them back, they were so unedifying and impoverished to the bone."

"Το λιμάνι του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ κοντά, φτάνει μόνο λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια, δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει υπηρεσία να παραδώσω τις βαλίτσες των καλεσμένων. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι μεγάλο, η περιβάλλον είναι καλό μέρος για ανάπαυση και χαλάρωση. Δεδομένου ότι η ώρα είναι σύντομη, αυτή τη φορά δεν υπάρχει εμπειρία SPA."

"This beautiful hotel had such a great location ; walking distance to the harbour , to the beach and shops, restaurants etc . It was a great base for exploring the island and lots of walking . Breakfast was great , a typical Italian offering. Our room had a balcony and we absolutely loved it . The staff at the desk were always lovely and friendly . Cafes and bars were literally next door and across the street. We appreciated having a fridge and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful time here for the 3 nights ."

"A cute little hotel right in the city center, a minute's walk to the beach and a few minutes to the port and main bus station. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are all very friendly and make sure you have everything you need, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the coffee is excellent. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness, I hope to see you again!"

"Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο - μένουμε για την 30ή επέτειο των γενεθλίων της κόρης μου. Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο και πολύ επιλεγμένο, οι κήποι ήταν όμορφες και η πισίνα ήταν μικρή αλλά καλή. Όλα τα μέλη του προσωπικού ήταν φιλικά και χρήσιμα. Ήμασταν τρεις ενήλικες που μοιραζόμασταν ένα δωμάτιο. Δυστυχώς το τρίτο κρεβάτι ήταν ένα χαμηλό καναπέ, το οποίο ήταν πολύ απογοητευτικό, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το κόστος της διαμονής. Υπήρχαν μερικά πράγματα που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιώσουν τα ρουχίδια και τα σλιπ για 2 άτομα. προβλεπόταν κατόπιν αιτήματος - η ζεστά μπανιέρα στην περιοχή της βεράντας του δωματίου ήταν βρώμικη όπως και ο ένας δύο καθιστός - φαινόταν ότι η περιοχή αυτή είχε ξεχάσει οι καθαριστές και ένοιωθε ότι το ξενοδοχείο δεν είχε προσφέρει αρκετή θέση για εμάς τους τρεις στο δωμάτιο. Δεν υπήρχε σιδηρόδρομος για κολύμπι και παραλιακές πετσέτες που να στεγνώνουν, και αυτό θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο."

"Δεν μπορώ να πω αρκετά για αυτό το μέρος! Γνωριστήκαμε από το προσωπικό όταν μπήκαμε και μας έφερε αμέσως ποτά και σνακ! Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ προσεκτικό και το κύριο σχέδιό τους ήταν να κάνουμε τη διαμονή μας όσο το δυνατόν ευχάριστη! Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά και άνετα! Μας έδωσαν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση χωρίς να ρωτήσουμε! Η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική από το δωμάτιό μας! Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό καθώς και το προσωπικό! Σας συστώ ιδιαίτερα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!"

"A Little Gem of a hotel situated down a side street and right on the beach. Calm, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We had room 102 and although it was a basement room it was in no way dark or dingy, we picked this room because of the seperate private terrace. It was spotless and cleaned every day. At this time of the year (April) it was very quiet but I can't see it being noisy even at the height of the season. Great value for the price we paid. The service was excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful at all times. I would recommend Hotel Rivamare to anyone seeking a no-frills, basic, clean, friendly, family run hotel. We had a lovely time and hope to return in September!"
