My wife (of 39 years) and I have usually gone to Smuggs in the winter (February). The last time we went in the Summer was when our 4 children were smaller. They are all grown with kids of their own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smuggler's Notch this past August and will definitely come back again other than in February!

My son was entertained the whole time. The highlights were the llama trek, and disc golf. We went in August, and there were so many activities planned. Glow mini golf, Gaga ball, bingo, magic show, outdoor movie night, puppet show, campfire, pools, arcade, fun zone. He was never bored.

We stayed in condos at Smugglers Notch. We were able to fit 7 and there was room for at least one more. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was clean, not super updated, but good for what we needed. I wish we had more time to explore the resort.

Great for families. Kept a very active 8 year old engaged the whole time. Warm inviting environment. Units themselves could use some updating peeling paint, limited light, and musty smells. Even so, we had a great time and would return again.

We mountain biked, hiked, listened to live music, and ate great food. Smuggler’s Notch is beautiful and everyone is super friendly too. Autumn is a perfect time to explore the area. We loved our time there.

Great Front desk employees! They gave us great info and responded quickly when we called with a concern! Our home was clean and ready for us to move right in and start our vacation! We arrived late and they stayed till we were checked in! Great place to stay!

We found this to be a very soul rejuvenating trip! So peaceful and the people so kind! We spent time hiking and enjoying the crisp fall weather! Coming from Colorado, it was so refreshing! I can only imagine what a great place it is for families in the summer or ski season!

Awesome location, beautiful surroundings, the tamarack building was rustic but clean and big and had a great view of flowers and trees. The staff was nice and helpful.. did not eat at restaurants cause we were exploring all day! It was me and my sis but for families it has so many options! Will be back!

We love Smuggs any time of the year! Winter skiing is our favorite but the summer and fall months are lovely too. Wish we could spend more time there but we definitely visit at least once per year. I don’t want to pour on the praise because the lack of crowds is what I love the most about Smuggs. Shhhh!
