We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staffs are very very helpful and very polite. Sincere thanks to those who help me to recovered my phone mistakenly left at the Didi hired car within 1.5 hours! I will definitely recommending this hotel to all my friends who are planning to visit Puning or Shangou. Again many million thanks for those who try very very hard to help me recover my phone! It seems to be the only hotel in the town. It is clean and tidy, and not expensive. The owner is from Fengcheng, Jiangxi, who has the concept of a fellow villager. If a fellow from Jiangxi goes there, he can stay for a few days!
