Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The room was clean and tidy, comfortably furnished, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. The soundproofing was also effective. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, promptly addressing any issues. The common areas had an elegant ambiance, creating a great overall atmosphere. It's suitable for both leisure trips and short stays, offering good value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was spacious, with a tatami area, a living room, and even a bar. It was very clean and conveniently located, with no traffic issues. Our butler, Dongdong, was incredibly helpful in coordinating the room and responded to messages instantly – the service was truly exceptional. The kids' play area had a 'bean pod' (guessing a type of craft or play item) that used much better materials than those found outside, and more of them too! My only wish is for two more topping options for the breakfast rice noodles.

Traveling during the off-season, the hotel upgraded us to a suite and even provided afternoon tea. After returning from Wild Elephant Valley, the feeling of immediately eating a cold watermelon is just amazing! The butler was very thoughtful, helping us book tickets and arranging a late check-out. The travel photography service was also excellent; the hotel's settings are perfect for great shots. Compared to outdoor photography, you can take your time and capture every scene without rushing. I highly recommend every visitor to experience it if they have the chance.

Choosing accommodation in Xishuangbanna was a long and agonizing process. I spent a lot of time researching and comparing online before finally deciding on this guesthouse. The feedback and reviews were very positive, so I booked a four-night stay in a family room. Environment: The guesthouse itself was excellent. It was kept very clean and bright every day, and the courtyard was beautiful. The tropical plants combined with the Dai-style architecture created a charming Dai atmosphere. The guesthouse is very close to the high-speed rail station and Gasa Airport, both about a 20-minute taxi ride (without traffic). Located in Manhena Ancient Village, it's a short walk to the village. When I checked in, new buildings were under construction around the village, making the access route a little difficult, but it didn't affect my travel or accommodation. It was very quiet and peaceful. Service: The owners, a young couple, were always very kind and polite. They even brought extra fruit and tea every few days, and a four-night stay included a free ticket to Manting Park. One airport/train station pick-up service: The guesthouse offered one airport/train station pick-up service, which I opted for. The owner had arranged for Didi (a ride-hailing service) in advance, and the service was very thoughtful. Beautiful Dai Costume Photoshoot: Let me talk about the Dai costume photoshoot offered by the guesthouse. It seems to be a collaboration with several guesthouses in the area. Each room comes with two complimentary retouched photos. Makeup is done at the guesthouse while waiting, and the photoshoot takes place within the guesthouse and the ancient village, all free of charge. The photographer shoots in several scenes, and when you return to the guesthouse to select photos, there's an extra charge for photos beyond the complimentary ones. The price was much higher than I expected. No raw photos are provided; you get the retouched images directly after selecting them, and the photos are provided according to the package. However, to be fair, although it's more expensive than those travel photography studios online, the photographer is very skilled, and the photos are all very good. With the retouching, the final photos far exceeded my expectations, so I still highly recommend it. If you have the budget, it's worth it! Also, the photos have a retro style, and the Dai costumes are all vintage-style, without the overly ornate shawls found in other travel photography studios, which perfectly complements the ancient village! Finally, I'd like to mention that the guesthouse isn't located in a very lively tourist area, but it's about a 15-minute taxi ride to places like the riverside night market or the Starlight Night Market, costing around 17 or 18 yuan each time.

As the car pulled up in front of the hotel, before the weariness of the journey could even linger, a gentle breeze lifted me up—the driver who had picked me up was already waiting at the airport. The ride was smooth, and his descriptions of Xishuangbanna's flora and fauna already made me feel at home. But the moment I stepped into Yakatu, that warmth transformed into a sense of comfort, like returning to a long-missed home. The most unforgettable thing was the luggage. I was looking at the two heavy suitcases in the trunk, feeling worried, when a young man in a crisp white uniform quietly approached and said softly, ”Leave them to me.” Without waiting for my thanks, he carried one suitcase in each hand, striding ahead. His back was clean and composed, as if he weren't carrying luggage, but rather taking over someone else's weary journey. This was a huge help—at that moment, my shoulders felt lighter, and my heart settled down. Passing through the verdant courtyard, the beauty of this place slowly came into view. The lush greenery stretched as far as the eye could see, like ink splashed across the landscape. Tall coconut palms and shorter, unfamiliar broad-leaved plants grew densely yet gracefully. Hot spring pools were scattered throughout this verdant expanse, their steam rising like the earth's breath, blending seamlessly with the faint outlines of distant mountains. The dampness of the rainforest climate mingled with the fragrance of unknown flowers, creating a languid tranquility that made one want only to find a wicker chair, do nothing, and simply watch the twilight light slowly creep across the stone steps. The facilities were impeccable, exuding understated elegance. The rooms were simple yet warm, the wood grain complementing the pristine white sheets. The lighting was perfectly warm and yellow, and drawing back the curtains revealed a summery atmosphere. But what truly brought everything to life was the people. Those smiles are unforgettable. Whether at the front desk, in the corridor, or in the restaurant in the early morning, every encounter is greeted by a smile that emanates from the heart—genuine, warm, and comforting, like the sunshine of Xishuangbanna. When having breakfast, the auntie cooking the rice noodles will thoughtfully ask if you want it spicy or if you like mint leaves. By the coffee machine, a girl will always gently remind you that the milk foam in your cappuccino should be drunk while it's hot. The free breakfast is incredibly lavish, with sweet fruit juice, freshly baked buns, and steaming hot rice noodles, all served on a clean white porcelain plate. Accompanied by the lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, it becomes the brightest start to the day. And that free cup of coffee, held in hand, sitting in the courtyard watching the mist dissipate, reveals a warm aftertaste amidst the bitter aroma. In such a place, one unconsciously relaxes, even slowing down one's pace. It's not that this place feels like home, but there are moments when you genuinely feel as if you belong here—this is probably what ”feeling at home” means. There's no need for formalities or restraint; everything is carefully considered, yet subtly: the girl who cleans the room always comes by quietly when you're out, leaving behind neatly folded towels and a few freshly picked frangipani flowers; when you return at night, the porch light is always on, and even the air is filled with tranquility. On the morning of my departure, the same driver was still waiting at the door, and the same efficient figure carrying my luggage. I stood on the stone steps in the courtyard and glanced back. The hot spring pool was still shrouded in mist, and the morning light was filtering through the banana leaves, scattering golden fragments on the ground. The scenery was beautiful, and the facilities were excellent. These things could perhaps be learned elsewhere, but the unadorned kindness and warmth between people could not be learned, nor could they be forgotten. This trip to Xishuangbanna, thanks to Yakatu, left an exceptionally warm and lasting impression.

I always stay at Huazhu Club hotels when I travel. I found that Mercure had a promotion with very favorable prices. Transportation is basically just taking a taxi, and there is no waiting time. The breakfast is also very good, as always with abundant content. The braised pork rice noodles are very fragrant. The staff are also very friendly. When I left, I left my doll at the hotel, and they asked me to help send it back. Thank you very much. I will choose Huazhu again next time. It is clean and safe. Anna's service is warm and thoughtful.

Far from the city's hustle and bustle, soaking in the pool, gently surrounded by lush greenery, I closed my eyes and all I heard was the white noise of nature. It felt as if the whole world had quieted down, and my mind and body instantly relaxed. That feeling was simply blissful 😌! Waking up in the morning, gently pushing open the window, my eyes were met with the vibrant life of the tropical rainforest, as if I had stepped into a green fairy tale world 🌳. After sunset, looking out over the peaceful night view, with the symphony of insects chirping around me, all my worries drifted away. This immersive nature experience was truly therapeutic ~. The room facilities are incredibly comprehensive. A fridge, washing machine, and even a hair straightener are thoughtfully provided, making my stay feel as comfortable and free as being at home 😎. The Yunnan rice noodles for breakfast were super delicious – one bite and a wave of happiness spread through my mouth 🥰. And the afternoon tea was fantastic! Sitting by the pool, sipping cocktails and enjoying fresh fruit, life couldn't be sweeter 🥭! The service was absolutely impeccable! The 24-hour butler was on call, and whatever I needed was addressed immediately. They also arranged airport transfers and even a travel photoshoot, offering a one-stop service that saved me time and effort, allowing me to fully enjoy my wonderful vacation 🥳. Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, this place is super suitable and will definitely leave you with unforgettable memories!

The owner is a handsome and very welcoming guy. There's complimentary tea in the lobby, the environment is nice, and they even offer free breakfast. This is one of the few hotels I've seen that really pays attention to its facilities. For this price, the quality is excellent.

The service was excellent! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, they were all enthusiastic, patient, and responsive. The room was smart and fully equipped, the bedding was comfortable, the breakfast was hearty, and the value for money was excellent. The location was convenient, and the facilities were new and complete, including the gym and swimming pool. The staff were attentive and the stay was a perfect experience.

This is a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. It’s located in a busy area of Manhena Dai village, but is surrounded by busy streets and high floor buildings. The good thing is that all the tourists are gone by 7pm and it becomes quiet, but the tourists are back in the morning. It’s located right across the river from the famous night market (10-15 mins by taxi). The owners and the manager are all young guys, very friendly and helpful, they gave me a very good treatment, they make a great deal of effort to make one feel welcomed. The hotel and the rooms are super clean. There are all the amenities necessary. There is a lot of attention to details in the rooms and the hotel. I was given a fruit plate and complimentary drinks during my stay. The bedsheets are also very clean. The breakfast was good too. Overall it was a great experience.
