The size of the hotel is adequate, the health services are very good, and there are a lot of details that make people feel a little surprise. What may be insufficient for us is tomorrow The meals were basically the same. We stayed for four nights and we really had enough to eat.

This is our second time at TUI Magic Life Masmavi and once again it has been outstanding! As a family we have travelled to quite a few hotels and this one is really hard to beat. The location is fantastic, with everything you could wish for - both beach and lots of options of pools. Our room this year is incredible, with sea view, great size, 2 bathrooms and positioned perfectly. The Lagoon family rooms are perfect! The whole family have really enjoyed the entertainment - not only the shows, but the entertainers have been so welcoming and friendly after the shows too, teaching our boys dance moves and encouraged them to join in. Our boys loved seeing Sara, Matheus, Chetin, Emma etc return back again this year - and has now made friends with some of the new entertainers too. Jason’s mime dancing entertained us all! They all go the extra mile and can’t do enough to make sure everyone have a Magic time. The hardest part for us when booking a holiday is my extreme food allergy. Not only am I allergic to eat nuts (and a long list of other things!) but it’s also airborne. As you can imagine it’s tricky when at most hotels there are bowls of nuts everywhere, especially in the evenings. This is where Magic Life Masmavi really has set themselves way ahead of other hotels. Ercan, the Operations Executive at the hotel insisted to give me his number so I can What’s App him with any worries, questions etc. He has also swapped the bowls of nuts in the bar for popcorn, meaning that I can enjoy the evening entertainment with my family instead of having to stay in the room. This means so much - I know that they were worried about getting complaints from other guests, but the fact that they have put my safety above this is incredible and I’m so very grateful. Not only this, to ensure that there is no cross contamination in my meals, Mehmet the Executive Sous Chef, is my main allergy contact in the restaurant. I simply what’s app him my food order 1 hour before I want to eat and he personally makes sure my food is cooked safely for me. I really could not ask for any more! It really is going above and beyond to ensure my safety and this has meant that I really can relax and not constantly be worried about having an allergic attack. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to the Masmavi team. We can’t wait to come back! 🤩

6 yıl önce 9 mayıs 2018de geldiğimizden bu yana hiç değişmeyen otel. Yemek lezzetleri hala aynı ve gerçekten güzel, 6 yıl önce eşimi çocuğumuzun yemeği için mutfağa almışlardı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle çocuk dostu bir otel. 09.04.2024te başlayan tatilimizde Ana restaurantta Sous chef Özkan GEDİK'e o kadar yoğun çalışma programında ilgisi, önerileri, ve güler yüzü için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz gerçekten. Umarım hayat bu güler yüzünden hiç bir şey eksiltmez. Kısmet olurda kış tatiline Kaya Uludağ'a gidersek görmek isteyeceğimiz bir şef. Bunum yanında eksiklerinden bahsetmezsek olmaz, havanın değişkenliğinden dolayı kapalı havuzu hergün kullanmak zorunda kaldık ve kapalı havuzda bugün bir problem yaşadık. Çözmek için birkaç telefon etmek durumunda kaldık ve saolsunlar müşteri ilişkilerinden derya hanım hemen bi personel yönlendirerek problemin çözülmesine yardımcı oldu. Bu durumu otelin genel müdür yardımcısı Mustafa KIRCA ile görüşerek 6 yıldan bu yana değişmesi gerekenler, bugün yaşanan problemler, ve değişmeyen ve tercih sebeplerimizden olan konuları konuştuk. Saolsun fikirlerimizi ve şikayetlerimizi dikkate alarak çok güzel bir konuşma ortamı oldu. Ve yaşadığımız problemleri telafi etmek adına çok güzel bir jest hazırlayarak odamıza gönderdiklerinden ayrıca memnun olduk. İnce düşüncelerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ve yine, iyiki gelmişiz dedik. 6 yıl öncesi tatilimizin anneler gününe denk gelmesi, bu tatilimizinde ramazan bayramına gelmesinden ötürü düzenlenen küçük ama gerçekten insanların yüzünü güldüren naif süprizleri için otelin genel müdürü Hakan KAYA'ya da teşekkür ederiz. Ama Alacarte restaurantı kullanamamak kötü oldu pazara kadar dolu olduğu söylendi, ama ana restauranttaki lezzetlerle bunu unutturdular. Personellerin bu yoğun tempoda çalışmalarına rağmen güleryüzlerini hiç eksiltmemeleri de çok iyiydi bu durumu sağlamak gerçekten çok önemli ve zor. Kaya Belek bunu başarıyor. I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

This hotel was given to me by my friend Amway. I chose this place just to take my baby on vacation. The size of the hotel is adequate, the health services are very good, and there are a lot of details that make people feel a little surprise. What may be insufficient for us is tomorrow The meals were basically the same. We stayed for four nights and we really had enough to eat.

Beautiful hotel,amazing pools, the best all inclusive I have ever been to.less than 10 mins in a taxi to belek and 5 mins taxi to land of legends , the food and drinks are fantastic in all bars and restaurants/ snack bars with great choices in all. Friendly staff however most struggled with English so most of the time the drinks we tried to order straight off the menu they couldn’t understand and kept getting wrong or had to wait to order until someone who spoke English could serve us ,same for reception felt like their was a major language barrier if you didn’t speak Turkish/ Russian. The spa is amazing and has very good deals. Kids club also great with an amazing play area for the kids. The shop and the hair salon there is ridiculously priced, €32 for a pair of kids goggles, packet of wipes €8 everything so expensive so would recommend avoiding it ,Same with the hair salon in the hotel was quoted €100 to have something redone we got for €30 the week previous, so would definitely avoid there too. however this didn’t take away from the experience just warning others to be cautious, would definitely return.

Everything is great at the Calista Hotel, but I especially want to say about the cleanliness of the rooms and corridors, staircases, entrance areas, everywhere. The cleaning service cleans the rooms very well and quickly, taking into account all the wishes of the guests and the cleaning time too. Linen, mattress covers, towels, bathrobes and everything else - everything is super snow-white! The employees respond very quickly if you need to bring or change something additionally. A very special and wonderful welcoming attitude towards children and I would like to say separately about the employee of the cleaning service of the Calista MERVE ÖNER hotel - an incredible professional, very charming, polite, tactful, always cleans our large room super quickly and super efficiently! I would like to especially mention her and her sincere friendliness! Thank you!

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We spent a beautiful stay in the villa for 2/3 people, very restful and comfortable. Very secure too. The villas are really extraordinary as on the photos. The dream! Well maintained and all equipped. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and is located in the heart of the city. There are also some shops next to 400m to make your races. Go closed your eyes, with guaranteed in a luxury place.
