This particular one in Kaifeng is right next to Gulou (Drum Tower), and you can even see it from your room! It's perfect for enjoying the night market in the evenings. Even though it's in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Catching a taxi right outside the hotel was also pretty easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, like Di Yi Lou, making it convenient to try local specialties. The price is a bit higher compared to similar places, but it's definitely worth it."

No. 3 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Kaifeng"The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful lake. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just an 800-meter walk away. There are many other hotels along the way, but this one definitely has the best exterior. A big plus is that the breakfast dishes changed every morning during our stay! They offer local specialties like Hu La Tang and chicken noodle soup, and the chicken noodle soup was particularly delicious. This was my first time staying in an Atour hotel that's part of a villa complex with such distinctive architecture, and it really brightened my mood every time I entered and left. There were plenty of staff at the front desk, and they were all very warm and accommodating with any reasonable requests, speaking very gently. Even the housekeeping aunties would greet us proactively. This has been my best Atour experience yet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends!"

"Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"

"The front desk service was excellent, and I was happy with the room – it was clean and well-equipped. I also loved the hotel's style and its proximity to tourist attractions. However, there's one significant issue: the cafeteria service was absolutely terrible!!! I went for breakfast, saw some raw noodles and a pot, and asked, 'Are these noodles for making?' The service auntie replied, 'It's all self-service!' I then asked, 'So, I make the noodles myself too?' She repeated, 'It's all self-service!' I thought, okay, I'll make them myself. But then, she impatiently asked, 'What are you doing? Do you want noodles?' I said yes, and she very grudgingly came over and started cooking them. I was thinking, I could have just made them myself, I didn't insist *you* do it. After the noodles were cooked, she just scooped them out, put the bowl down, and walked away without even saying 'here you go' or anything. I quickly went to grab it because it was for my child, and I asked, 'Is this sauce spicy?' Without even looking back, she just walked out and yelled, 'Whatever you want, just pour it yourself!' What??? What kind of person is this?? It was so baffling! What an attitude, first thing in the morning, do I owe you money??? I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out, and they were very apologetic, which was good. I genuinely like Qianna Hotel, but this kind of staff member is just incredibly off-putting!!!"

The overall design blends Song Dynasty elegance, creating a sophisticated ambiance. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large French windows offering views of the lake and city. The facilities are brand new and high-end, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the separate bathtub makes for a wonderfully relaxing soak.
What truly stands out is the attentive and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are warm and professional, proactively recommending local attractions and night markets. Housekeeping is meticulous. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including local Kaifeng specialties like 'Hulatang' (spicy soup) and 'Gangzi Youtiao' (fried dough sticks). The heated swimming pool and gym are well-equipped, ensuring a fantastic experience.
It's perfect for both business trips and family vacations, offering exceptional value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kaifeng!"

The location is excellent. It's super close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden – just a short stroll away. It's also conveniently near the night market.
**Facilities:** The rooms are very spacious and incredibly quiet. There's a large bathtub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
**Environment:** The garden hotel setting truly offers a refined and elegant atmosphere.
**Service:** The staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming.
Plus, the hotel breakfast is outstanding. The *Hulatang* (spicy soup) they serve is surprisingly even better than what you can buy outside, with more generous ingredients. The chicken noodle soup has a wonderfully rich chicken flavor.
If you're visiting Kaifeng, this hotel is definitely worth staying at."

The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting."

"Pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was spotless and well-maintained. "I was incredibly satisfied, it's a shame it was our last night staying here. If I had chosen this hotel from the beginning, I definitely would have extended my stay. I've stayed at two hotels near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and this one offers the best value for money. It's very close to the Welcome Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, less than a 10-minute walk, and conveniently located near the road for easy taxi access. It's also quite quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We came down a bit late, and the auntie specially made fresh pancakes for us. The stir-fried dishes were also tasty; this was the best breakfast we've had at any hotel we've stayed in! This hotel is perfect for families with children, and the service is excellent. They even gave us a small gift when we left. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future!"
