Very close to the business district, near various shops, walking on the beach feels very good. The air-conditioning in the room is relatively old-fashioned and the sound is slightly louder, and it takes a while to fall asleep.

I especially liked the waiter's attitude was good, that is, the hotel does not provide a kettle, only a coffee machine and a microwave oven, the elders may not adapt to live.

grand opening new boutique hotel in April 2023 and location at Central of Kona. The old name Kona seaside hotel. they are new renovation. You can shopping in your room. like sunscreen lotion, T shirt and beach tote bag...I love Complimentary daily Kona, Hawaii coffee at lobby and welcome drink at room. Partial ocean view must stay but may be need more private like partitions at balcony and shower water pressure. free Yoga in morning. staff is friendly and helpful.

Our favorite resort in the Kona area. We have stayed here quite a few times over the years. We love everything about this resort. It's not too big, it's very clean, the grounds are spectacular and the staff are on top of things. I want to give big credit to the lady who helped us nearly 1 year ago in the VI office. We had some issues (our own fault) and would've had to have moved to 3 different rooms over our 10 day stay. Thanks to her, for spending so much time and effort, we had the luxury of not having to move at all. She did some shuffling around and made this happen. We love it here and will only stay here when in Kona.
