Rezen Hotel

"The light in the toilet was broken, so I didn't have a good rest all night~ The problem was not solved the next day. I was happily traveling to Xinjiang, but I was in a bad mood because I didn't sleep well. So the experience is very poor."

JAMES JOYCE COFFETEL KARAMAY TRAIN STATTION PETROL EDIFICE

"Close to train station, overall good location. Friendly staff. Clean room. They change towels and bring new toileteries everyday. Wifi was not working in our room, but we connected to another wifi. Wifi on avarage was working only until 23:00 after that it was not working at all. It shows signal but no connection. We enjoyed the spacious room and the water kettle to make tea for ourself. Shower and toilet is separate! Very good feature. The room was hot even when the weather was extra cold outside -15°C. Breakfast is ok for Chinese standard. Foreigner friends, I suggest skipping breakfast. It is noodles, rice and stuff that you eat for lunch 🤣 there was also eggs , pickles and dumpling (without any filling), and some kind of yellow porrige. Only machine coffee no tea, just soy milk."

Rezen Select Hotel
