"Upon arrival, neither of the 4-digit check-in codes worked. Just so happens that there was a young man in a white truck on the property watering plants and he provided us with a direct number to Jen, the Manager. After 5 voicemail messages between that young gentleman, myself and my dear friend, Jen FINALLY called us back and blamed the INCORRECT entry code numbers on Trip.com NOT communicating with Artelo (the hotel) staff. It was 91 degrees and took 30 minutes before we received NEW entry codes to get in to our respective rooms. Jen never once offered complimentary snacks or drinks to make up for this inconvenience. THEN, to add insult to injury, the next morning we wake up to 10 CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT working on another hotel being built within feet of the place we were staying and were NEVER told that we would encounter this situation. In general, the Artelo hotel TOTALLY LACKS curb appeal because it is just one large black-topped parking lot in front of the place and then ADD IN CONSTRUCTION noise, the overall experience was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANY one, ever!"

"Οι ιδιοκτήτες προσπάθησαν προφανώς, αλλά υπήρχαν πολλά λάθη στην σουίτα του Secret Garden που κατέλαβαν. Ακόμα δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί δεν το έκαναν στο σαλόνι ... Αυτό σημαίνει ότι για οτιδήποτε ήθελα ή χρειαζόμουν (τσάι, ξεκούραση στο σαλόνι, χρήση του μπάνιου ...), έπρεπε να περάσω από το υπνοδωμάτιο των ηλικιωμένων φίλων μου ... Άλλα "μη σκέφτομαι" λεπτομέρειες: Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για ένα ποτήρι νερό το βράδυ στο κρεβάτι. Τέλος, όπως διαφημίστηκε στον ιστότοπο, τα δωμάτια δεν συμμορφώνονται με την ADA, ούτε είναι κατάλληλα για άτομα με μειωμένη κινητικότητα, αλλά όταν ο φίλος μου κάλεσε να ελέγξει πόσο πρακτικό/αποτελεσματικό ήταν το κουκέτο, το προσωπικό δεν προσδιόρισε τα βήματα. Θα ήταν εθελοντικό το προσωπικό να ενημερώσει λίγο περισσότερο για να απαντήσει στην έρευνα του φίλου μου, ώστε να μπορέσουν να λάβουν μια ενημερωμένη απόφαση. Διαφορετικά, τα κρεβάτια είναι άνετα, τα τουαλέτα είναι ωραία, οι πετσέτες είναι παχύ και η γενική ατμόσφαιρα είναι πολύ ευχάριστη."
