"We stayed there over the weekend of June 19–21, 2026. The hotel is indeed nice and the food is really delicious, but it is too small for the number of guests it accommodates. The walkways throughout the hotel, and especially in the dining room, are narrow and crowded. The internal parking lot is always full, and both the pool and the kids' playroom are packed and very congested. As a hotel that hosts families, it’s simply unpleasant to be woken up at 6:30 AM by the noise of children from adjacent rooms. Needless to say, there is no spa. The hotel has 4 charging stations for electric vehicles, which are occupied constantly—especially on Friday and Saturday, when inconsiderate guests use them just for parking and won't answer their phones. The hotel staff didn't really make an effort to clear them out, such as going up to their rooms to ask them to move. The hotel is about 100 meters from the Sea of Galilee. There is no proper beach, just a narrow, stagnant canal hidden in the vegetation—it's practically a swamp. התארחנו בו בסוף השבוע 19-21/6/2026. המלון אכן נחמד והאוכל ממש טעים אבל קטן ביחס לכמות האורחים שבו. המעברים במלון וביחוד בחדר האוכל צרים וצפופים, החניה הפנימית תמיד מלאה, הבריכה והמשחקיה לילדים עמוסים וצפופים מאוד. בתור מלון המארח משפחות פשוט לא נעים לקום ב-6:30 בבוקר לרעש הילדים מהחדרים הסמוכים. כמובן שאין ספא. למלון 4 עמדות טעינה לרכבים חשמליים התפוסות כל הזמן ובמיוחד בשישי שבת שאז אורחים חוצפנים מנצלים את העמדות לחניה ולא עונים לטלפון. עובדי המלון לא ממש עושים מאמץ כדי לפנות אותם מהעמדות כמו למשל להגיע אליהם לחדרים. מרחק המלון מהכנרת כ-100 מטר. אין חוף מסודר אלא תעלה צרה ומעופשת בתוך צמחיה, ממש ביצה."

"Υπέροχο μέρος, άνετα κρεβάτια, πολύ καθαρά! Στο ύψος του είναι απίστευτο και τόσο χρήσιμο. Υπάρχει ένα κατάστημα πολύ κοντά και με το μικροκυμάτων και το ψυγείο, έσωσαν πολλά χρήματα που μας επέτρεψαν να σπρώξουμε σε μερικά εξαιρετικά γεύματα. "

"Ohalo has a calm and nice atmosphere. It’s not a luxurious hotel but a clean quiet one. Close to the sea with a path to nice private beaches (more of a way to the water) We loved it. The food was very much to our taste and the staff were very kind. We took the best rooms which were a bit expensive but worth it. Really recommend if you want a calm place to be in. There are no special attractions but the sea and you’re given tickets for a nearby kayak resort and swimming pool. Lovely."

"Very nice hotel but service is terrible. The mattresses were separated and we ask to replace them and there Is no answer. Also they didn't clean the room. We had to ask them several times to clean. The food was OK. Too bad, because the hotel has potential. But I won't come back especially because the bad service of the reception."

"Μόλις γύρισα από το Ισραήλ, όπου περάσαμε τρεις νύχτες από το ταξίδι μας στο ξενοδοχείο Σκοτς στο Τιβέριας. Το ίδιο το δωμάτιο μας δεν είχε θέα στη θάλασσα αλλά το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από την Γαλιλαία, έτσι κάθε φορά που βγαίνετε στα τοπία που είναι γεμάτα τοπία, θαυμάζετε την θέα της θάλασσας. Υπάρχει επίσης μια προμάζα που μπορείτε να περπατήσετε με μερικά καταστήματα, κλπ. Μέναμε στο κτίριο που ονομάζεται "Το σπίτι του γιατρού" στον δεύτερο όροφο, το οποίο ήταν τόσο όμορφο και γλυκό, σύμφωνα με το στυλ του χρόνου (ένα άνετο τέσσερα βασιλικό κρεβάτι, έπιπλα σκληρού ξύλου, ένα καναπέ και ένα τραπέζι καθώς και ένα γραφείο). Υπάρχει μια μηχανή του Νεσπρέσο στο δωμάτιο, καθώς και μια φίλτρωτη μηχανή πόσιμου νερού που διαθέτει ζεστό και κρύο νερό. Το μπάνιο ήταν ωραίο και διαμέρισμα. Απολαύσαμε το μπουφέ πρωινού και δείπνου κάθε μέρα που ήταν πολύ εξαιρετικό. Υπήρχε μια μεγάλη ποικιλία τροφίμων και όλα ήταν νόστιμα... η τραπεζαρία ήταν ευρύχωρη και ήσυχη... συναντήσαμε μόνο μια μεγαλύτερη ομάδα τουρισμού... και την υπόλοιπη ζωή μας εκεί είδαμε μόνο ανεξάρτητους ταξιδιώτες. Ακόμα και τη νύχτα που ήταν εκεί η μεγαλύτερη ομάδα, δεν ήταν πολύ πληθυσμός... υπάρχουν τρεις μεγάλες περιοχές καθημένων... η υπηρεσία ήταν πάντα επαγγελματική και φιλική, από το μπροστινό γραφείο, από την οικιακή υπηρεσία, μέχρι τους κουδούνι. Χαιρόμαστε πολύ που μείναμε εκεί όπως ακούσαμε από φίλους ότι δεν υπάρχουν πολλά ωραία ξενοδοχεία στην περιοχή της Γαλιλαίας."
