Hotel Silver Springs

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

while seeing the booking via mmt it was nice. but actual stay was not fulfilled my requirement. The stay is not in the silver spring hotel. it was placed in front of the hotel It looks like a separate location. poor experience of heater, towels and soaps are not provided at that time of checking.in Morning heater is also not working .No one was there to complain about the issues. totally dis satisfied for this time.

Very worst hotel like no car parking available, service issue, restaurant open in very less timings. Totally very worst.

It was good experience. Hot water available. Safety for family. Near by lake. And food available anytime.

There is no facility. Washrooms are terrible. Really bad experience. Pols do not book this hotel.

Most worst hotel i have ever visited. they will provide a separate row type rooms. Surprise to all travelers there at property. After demand the same displayed properly rooms, the hotel staff will very rude to talk, and not even they bother and asking us to vacate and go. Particularly the gm of the property mr. Raghunath is very harsh in behave with customers. And not even properly respond also. He told us vacate the property if you don't like, in the night time around 10:00p. M, hence they know that this is the common practice of cheating all tourists showing images and allocation of rooms are different. I come to know that i. The hotel all are facing same issue. But no body don't want to waste of their valuable time for arguing with rude staff of the hotel. My sincere appeal to all tourists not to book this hotel.

Nice stay for this budget. Room was neat and clean. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Whatever we needed were fulfilled by receptionist madam.

Hotel silver springs is decent for people coming in group. Rooms are average, toiletries and towels need to be requested. The water bottle is not complimentary. I recommend this only for large groups of travellers since this hotel light on your pocket.

Their standard rooms are not very appealing, so during my stay, i upgraded that to deluxe. They were decent.
