The hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a central area, close to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it had to offer. Additionally, the hotel's rates were very budget-friendly. Compared to other accommodations in the area, it was a steal. I appreciated the affordability, especially considering the high prices of hotels in this popular tourist destination.

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.

Pros: very clean, good rooms, great breakfast, very very friendly service and good location. this building is the highest in the city, so make sure to ask for a high floor this way you can get a very good view of the city. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I didnt have chance to try the spa. Hotel has a free parking for your car. Cons: nothing bad at all . this is a very good place in Tiblisi. it might be on the ”expensive” side but again , it is one of the best places in the city. if you are on a budget trip, then you can stay in another place .

Beautiful hotel. The location is unbeatable. The breakfast and executive lounge are great. Two questions: First, there was a girl at the front desk who was very indifferent. We booked two executive rooms because our flight was very late and we wanted to check out later in one room. After asking about my flight time and whether I was a member, she refused to check out late. Second, there is a large concave and convex mirror in the room facing the bed which makes it uncomfortable.

To the Freedom Square, from which all tourist routes start, 1.2 km. Down is easy, but it is already hard to get up. And if Georgian wine is still loaded, it is almost impossible. But this problem is solved. Taks ride is quite cheap. There is a small shop in the 50 meters nearby. Metrics in the 150 are already quite a large grocery store. From the hotel on urban buses with route numbers 124 and 90 for 50 tetra per person you can reach the Mtacminda Park. The hotel was located by representatives of different countries. Germany, Russia, France, etc. Location: Booked 4 local rooms. The room is normal, clean, the place is quite enough. The bed linen is cleaned daily and changed with towels (thank the cleaner for your discretion). Mini – bar is not available, but there is a refrigerator. You can form the bar at your discretion. The bathroom was a large jacuzzi bath and a shower cabin. The curtains are not blackout, but are quite dense and well absorbed sunlight. Territory around the hotel: It just doesn't exist. In the old part of the city there is no free land, so there is a small parking in front of the hotel along the street at 3, a maximum of 4 cars. Hotel: Modernizated room of the hostel. But everything is done well. Those who do not claim to be individual, should like me. Price and quality correspond to the declared stars. Food: Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. No one will remain hungry. There is no such diversity, but everything is quite convenient. Especially since in Tbilisi eating is not a problem at all. Hotel staff: Excellent sensitive people. Communication with them is not a hard thing. Everything will tell, show, tell in Russian. Want to speak English - everything will be explained in English. Wi-Fi: A stable constant powerful signal. Login and password will give to the resepshn. Deficiencies: A person in a wheelchair will not be able to climb to the second or third floor, as there is no suitable elevator. I will definitely recommend this hotel. I didn't expect the servicr provided. Breakfast is great, several choices you will get not same as the other hotels who were known are linked with some prestigous hotels. The hotel were clean and nice.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)
