The room was clean and beautiful.
But quite far from metro station. An elevator was old and slow to lift up & down.

Second stay in the same hotel within a week, had to rebook it after my trip to Dali and Lijiang mainly because of the location. It made my visit to the Yunnan Ethnic village smooth, as I arrived on time despite leaving a bit late. And Kunming lao jie is just a 15 mins ebike ride away.
The room was decent , however the windows don't have a net. I personally prefer sleeping with fresh air compared to AC, and I was disturbed by a lot of mosquitoes because the window was open. It got better the second night, when I sacrificed fresh air for no mosquitoes. The staff are super helpful and professional.

The hotel receptionist provides excellent service. She helped me with my luggage while I was outside walking in to the hotel!! Normal check out time is 2pm! And helped us with luggage, how to use app to book taxi. How comfortable and easy.
Boutique hotel. Lovely lounge. I like one of the books and wanted to have it. They are not for sell. I requested the receptionist to put up request with her manager and she willingly helped me and got the approval to buy the book.

Very friendly staff, they treated us very kindly. Our room was very clean with a lot of facilities. Location of the hotel is in good walking distance (15 minutes) to the train station.

With special thanks to 小桂 for the extra effort she rendered us during our stay. We have stayed here again and again. She was very gracious and always eager to assist. I give her a 6 star for her service

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the next metro station and 20 minutes from Kunming Station (which is not the Gaotie station, that one is one hour with the metro), and a lot of attractions can be reached by metro or bus in less than an hour.
The front desk staff was very very helpful, and also lent us a flower vase. We only communicated in Chinese with them, so we don’t know whether they speak English. They are very patient though, because my Chinese is not good, but we managed somehow :)
The room was clean and had everything needed, though with outside temperature falling under 10 degrees at night (February), it was quite cold, even when the AC was turned up to 30 degrees. If you’re travelling in spring/summer, it should be fine though!

A good place to stay. Staff was very nice, they helped me with organizing my trip. Room was clean&comfortable. I can recommend this place

Perfect place for a night to catch a train in the morning. It’s pretty noisy since my room was to the main street but the room had everything I needed and the bed was comfy; pretty cheap, too. Staffs were nice! I would come back~

Value for money. 2nd night stay in this hotel travel from Lijiang to Kunming. We check in late night and surrounding still have many restaurants and fruits stall still open. Very good Chinese breakfast and tea time is good for us before we travel to airport. We have requested to have room not face to main room. Even though is for 2 single beds but we have good sleep during the whole night without any noise from outside. Beds is comfortable and the room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back this hotel when I travel to Kunming.
