Ξενοδοχεία κοντά σε South Asia Feature No. 1 City, Κούνμινγκ

Yitel Premium is situated in a fantastic location in Kunming! Super close to Old Street where you can find tons of food, shopping, teas & coffees galore! The hotel was lovely - super comfortable bed, good smelling bathroom amenities, and complimentary water. We used the laundry facility and it was very useful. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but still everything we ate was delicious. This hotel's location makes it prime real estate, I highly recommend!!

My stay at Sofitel Kunming was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with great attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. The lobby was spacious and grand, with elegant French decor that was truly impressive. All the hotel staff were warm and proactive in their service. Mia, in particular, followed up throughout our stay, providing attentive and thoughtful service, proactively understanding our needs and promptly helping to resolve any issues. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient, with no tedious waiting. Both the hotel's facilities and service were excellent, making for a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and supermarkets nearby. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. The environment was quiet at night, ensuring a high quality of rest. The front desk was responsive, and communication regarding any needs was smooth. The facilities were well-maintained, with hot water and air conditioning working perfectly. All in all, it was great value for money. Staying here made my trip hassle-free, and I'd gladly recommend it to friends. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk – she was incredibly kind! I bothered her quite a bit, and she was super patient and had a wonderful personality!

We were on a family trip and originally planned to stay at the Grand Hyatt Kunming, but we couldn't get a room because we hadn't booked in advance. So we ended up staying at this hotel instead, and the overall experience was comfortable and recommendable. Our room was on a higher floor with an expansive view, though there's still some development happening around the hotel. The room itself was small but clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The shower had great water pressure, which was refreshing. The window allowed for good natural light, and it was quiet at night, so we slept soundly. Downstairs, there are many snack options, and Wanda Plaza is right next door, making it convenient for finding food. The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection. The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from Kunming Station. The overall price was affordable, making it a good choice for family trips, business travel, and more. Yuma and Ray at the front desk were very enthusiastic and meticulous in their service, and other staff members were also friendly and greeted guests warmly, which was much appreciated.

Coming to Kunming Paperman, I realized just how competitive hotel service can be! Let's start with the human touch: 1. They set up a WeChat group for butler service; upon arrival, the butler met me downstairs. 2. A beautiful welcome flower basket. 3. Whether I was out or in the evening, they'd let me pre-select afternoon tea snacks and deliver them to my room. 4. When I accidentally scraped my foot outside, they quickly provided iodine swabs and Yunnan Baiyao adhesive bandages. 5. I unknowingly left my bracelet in the restaurant in the morning; when I reported it at 10 PM, the butler team returned it to my room in 13 minutes – incredibly efficient and well-organized. 6. They proactively offered daily linen and duvet cover changes. 7. Every time I passed the front desk or saw hotel staff, they were always smiling and greeted me warmly. 8. Breakfast was available until 1 PM, plus afternoon tea and late-night snacks, truly allowing for sleep flexibility and no worries about food. Now for the hardware and details: 1. Full set of caviar toiletries – excellent to use. 2. The vanity came equipped with cotton facial towels, mouthwash, earplugs, etc. 3. Dyson hairdryer; after washing my hair with caviar shampoo, it was so smooth I didn't even need a comb. 4. Truly blackout electric curtains. 5. The latex memory foam pillow was genuinely comfortable. 6. Both the overhead rain shower and wall-mounted shower could be selected to run simultaneously with a button; the temperature was stable and water flow abundant, making showering a real pleasure. 7. The rooftop infinity pool is great for photos, and the design and decor of the restaurant and floors are thoughtfully done... There's so much more I could write; it's got everything a star-rated hotel room service should have. The only flaw was an uncontrollable power outage in the evening, leading to the elevators being out of service for several tens of minutes? But all things considered, that's completely insignificant. I love this level of competitive hotel service, and I'll definitely choose Paperman again next time I'm in Kunming!

Staying here felt like crashing at a good friend's place; the hospitality was incredible, and they catered to every request. It's rare to find a place where every single staff member is so polite and warm-hearted ❤️. The breakfast was bountiful, and getting around was a breeze, with Line 5 right outside the door! Plus, it was super close to my workplace. I'll definitely be back.

The front desk service was incredibly attentive, far exceeding my expectations. When I arrived with my luggage, the staff proactively offered to help and even kindly gave me tips to avoid tourist traps nearby. The hotel is very close to the subway, making getting around super convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust even in the corners. The decor was simple and cozy, not at all cramped. During my stay, I had a small request, and the front desk responded very quickly and handled it thoughtfully. The free luggage storage service was truly practical, allowing us to go out unencumbered. The entire hotel had a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, without any noise. You could really feel that the staff genuinely cared about providing good service, rather than just going through the motions. This stay was particularly heartwarming; it wasn't one of those generic hotel experiences. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area and recommend it to friends who value comfort.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Manda Hotel (Mile Temple Metro Station)!
