Ξενοδοχεία κοντά σε Kunming National High-tech Industry Development Zone, Κούνμινγκ

The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly responsible! I lost an item after checking out, and even after a long time, when I contacted the hotel, they had kept it safely and I was able to retrieve it. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness and responsibility – a perfect experience!

The hotel has a wonderful overall environment, nestled in a creative park where you can wander around and even encounter adorable kittens. It's also very quiet at night. Each room on the third floor is independent, offering excellent privacy. The rooms were very clean, the only downside being the drain was a bit slow and prone to overflowing – something that could be addressed. We had our New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel; the braised mandarin fish was delicious! They even gave us dumplings. The staff were very welcoming and helped mail some forgotten items. We had a wonderful two days there, and I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Kunming. Looking forward to my next visit!

This hotel, part of a major chain, truly delivers excellent service. The rooms are spotless, and the lobby even has a self-serve bar offering lemonade and various teas daily. We stayed for three nights while my child was participating in a basketball tournament, and they absolutely loved it too. The hotel's location is fantastic, the service is warm and friendly, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooms were very clean and hygienic, highly recommended. The staff were all very welcoming. We ran into a roommate in the hallway who refilled our room's water when we ran out of mineral water. It was so heartwarming. The front desk lady was also very helpful. We were treated to a goodnight dessert in the evening. The Yunnan papaya water the lady made was delicious. Breakfast was also varied, and the rice noodles were delicious. They even gave us a gift upon check-out. Highly recommended!

The room layout is very warm, the space is large, the facilities are complete, the interior is very new, very convenient, the service is also very considerate, parking is free, the breakfast is very rich, the price is very affordable, highly recommended

The room was great! I was a bit nervous when we first walked down the alley, especially with my picky husband and two daughters! But once we got inside, everyone was really happy! We were also very pleased with the room itself. We're a family of four, and we booked a twin room. We were able to push the beds together, and it felt very spacious! The beds were similar to those at Orange Hotel and also very clean! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Kunming! The barbecue stand right outside the hotel also had delicious food! The location is super convenient too! It's easy to get to Kunming Old Street, Green Lake Park, the Yunnan Military Academy, and the former site of the National Southwestern Associated University! My husband and I each rented an electric bike, with one adult and one child on each – it was super convenient and we avoided all the traffic! After checking out, we left our car parked at the hotel and picked it up after we were done sightseeing! I'm not a shill, I take my kids traveling every year! All in all, we were very satisfied!

Traveling solo to Kunming for a business trip, I was truly impressed with my stay. It was hassle-free and comfortable from start to finish. I didn't need to leave the hotel at all, as everything – dining, accommodation, and transportation – was taken care of right here. It's perfect for business travelers like me. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and spoke softly. They proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities, including the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor – excellent attention to detail. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, was impeccably clean with no odors, and came with a full set of toiletries, which was reassuring. The room also had convenient charging outlets, and both the lighting and air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing me to work and relax without interruption. My work efficiency even improved significantly during this trip. What was most convenient was not having to worry about meals. The hotel's Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor served authentic and reasonably priced food. It was just right for one person to enjoy some small dishes and soup – no need for takeout or searching for restaurants outside, saving both time and effort. The breakfast was also excellent, warm and with a wide variety of options. Starting the day full and well-fed really made a difference in my work state. Whether it was lunch, dinner, or breakfast, everything could be handled at the hotel. The food was delicious, clean, and hygienic, making it incredibly convenient for someone like me who just wants to focus on work without any fuss.

My stay at Kunming Haiyou High-tech Zone Xicheng Times Hotel was extremely satisfying! The location is fantastic, right in the Xicheng Times commercial district, with shopping malls and restaurants galore, making dining, shopping, and ordering takeout incredibly convenient. Transportation is also very convenient. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout effect was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night and a great night's rest. Self-check-in is available, making the process efficient and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and responsive to any needs. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities, making it suitable for business trips and leisure travel. Excellent value for money! This is my top choice when visiting Kunming High-tech Zone, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was great, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They even gave us a free room upgrade. The location is convenient, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Good value hotel. Simple room with everything you need. Close to restaurants and cafes situated on an old railway. Short drive to old town, or about 40-50 minutes walking. The lady running the hotel is very nice.
