"Room was spacious and overlooks a pond. There is a separate shower and toilet area. Toilet bowl is automatic and can be a challenge to use as the lid sometimes closes without warning. Shower flooring is anti-slip and water temperature of the shower was easy to adjust. Hotel only has two lifts, and this can make going up and down a hassle especially when guests on other floors take a long time to enter and exit the lifts. Hotel is located far from the Kuche night market but along a street with its own set of shops including a well frequented supermarket with a good range of items. Staff generally pleasant and responsive. Staff arrived quickly when there was some issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and when the room ran out of hand soap. Breakfast spread was acceptable with a good selection of steamed, fried, cooked and cold dishes but breakfast only starts at 8am, which is rather late for those needing to catch a morning flight."

"The overall sanitation of the hotel is good, the public space is spacious and clean, giving a comfortable first impression. There is still room for improvement in room facilities: the size of the bath towel is small and it is inconvenient to use; and there is no adjustable air-conditioning system in the room (winter). In addition, the hotel desk phone could not be found immediately at check-in, resulting in communication inconvenience. Also, someone smoked in the elevator. It is worth affirming that the breakfast provided by the hotel is of good quality, the dishes are varied and delicious, which can bring a warm heart to the journey. Overall, the hotel performs well in the environment and catering services, but the room supplies and temperature control equipment need to be strengthened, and the information provision should be more perfect. If the above details can be improved, it will be more attractive to repeat customers and improve the overall evaluation."

"The hotel is located in the central city. I drove to Kuqa and chose Hello Hotel. The newly renovated room is clean, tidy, bright and spacious. The mattress is very comfortable. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is also very rich. The parking lot at the entrance of the hotel is convenient for parking. It is a very good chain hotel and worth choosing."

"Traveling with my parents, our main requirements were spaciousness, cleanliness, and warmth. The two-bedroom suite we booked was very spacious, and the washbasin had two sinks, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. They responded to any questions immediately. For the air conditioning, make sure to select the heating mode first, then press the auxiliary heating button, or ask the butler to adjust it for you. It's been quite cold lately, so we needed to use the heating mode. With the air conditioning on, it was very warm. The two-bedroom suite had two large beds and two air conditioners. There were candles in the common area at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. In summer, the swimming pool in the common area would be even more beautiful for photos."

"在庫車我住過最好的酒店 這次出差選擇入住咱們酒店，本來衹是圖位置方便，沒想到全程體驗直接驚艷，必須認認真真寫一篇長評推薦給所有出行的朋友！ 剛拖着行李箱走到酒店門口，門崗小哥就主動上前幫忙提行李，引導進門消殺測温，流程流暢又不繁瑣。走進大堂的瞬間香氣淡雅、環境乾淨敞亮，暖光燈氛圍感特別舒服，瞬間驅散了趕路的疲憊。 辦理入住時接待我的前台工作人員態度真的無可挑剔！全程面帶微笑，語速温柔又耐心。我當時趕了一天路有點疲憊，還帶着一點煩躁，前台小姐姐察覺到我的狀態，貼心遞上温水，輕聲安撫，動作不急不躁，快速幫我辦好入住手續。考慮到我睡眠比較淺，還主動詢問是否需要安排安靜不靠電梯的房間，特意備註偏好低樓層，這份細心真的狠狠戳中我。 辦理過程中我隨口問了周邊早餐推薦、去往商圈和車站的路線，前台沒有一絲敷衍，拿出紙筆細細幫我標註路線，還貼心提醒早晚温差大、當地出行交通避坑小貼士，甚至告訴我酒店免費寄存行李、延時退房、洗衣房使用的全部細則，講解得清清楚楚，完全不會讓人覺得不耐煩。 中途我忘記帶房卡、諮詢房間空調調節、洗漱用品增補問題，幾次致電前台，接線永遠秒接，語氣親切又專業，安撫情緒的同時立刻安排人員上門處理，響應速度快到讓人驚喜。入住期間還偶遇早班晚班不同的前台同事，每個人都禮貌熱情，服務標準全程在線，沒有絲毫落差。 房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟乾淨，基礎設施維護得很好，但最讓我念念不忘的還是酒店前台團隊的温度。他們不衹是機械完成本職工作，而是真正站在客人的角度換位思考，把細碎的小事做到極致温柔。在外奔波異鄉，能遇到這樣真誠貼心的服務，真的讓人覺得格外温暖安心。 對比住過的多家同檔次酒店，這家的服務細節和員工素養真的遙遙領先。無論是商務出行、情侶遊玩還是家庭出遊，都完全值得閉眼選擇！已經把這家酒店加入我的常駐收藏清單，下次再來這邊，一定還毫不猶豫覆住。 由衷感謝所有前台小夥伴和酒店工作人員的用心付出，願温柔善良的你們越來越好，生意蒸蒸日上！滿分五星，真心推薦給每一位旅人✨"

"I stayed here for the last few days of my trip to southern Xinjiang, and the quality of accommodation improved significantly. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the shower is very comfortable, the equipment is smooth to use, and there is a large sofa by the window where you can sit and drink tea. The service was also very good. We arrived at 7 or 8 in the morning. The room we booked was not available at the moment, so they opened a standard room for us to put our luggage and rest. They would change our room if there was a vacancy later. It was very considerate. The restaurant was not It is large, but the food is varied and rich, the price is very affordable, and it opens early. A hot breakfast at 8 or 9 o'clock is very important for tourists who get up early to travel. There is airport and train station drop-off service, and the driver's skills are first-class. Acceleration, deceleration and lane changes are smooth, so you don't have to worry about catching your flight.
