Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

I was warmly received by Amaj, the driver, at the airport. Shyam, the head of hospitality and transport, was always available for any help. I interacted with Raj and Sameer and they were wonderful too. Ramsy was very meticulous in cleaning the room everyday.

The hotel copthorne located in the heart of jahra it was far the city but its really accesible for all it has its own beauty and its part of millennium hotels which i trust well thank you for all the staff especially jaypee sujit and sherin and keto

Check out time they ask me how's my stay and I would say it was ok the cleaner give us good service but they didn't give us late check out as per the lady in reception it's upon availability but overall it's ok because they're breakfast is good and sherin as well

Shereen makes our stay wonderful me and my sister visit here because of our close family wedding and we plan already next month after the school off will visit here and will stay here again to their chalet and will ask to get near to the swimming pool area

It was a nice stay here this hotel is far from th city but they give me transportation airport to hotel even the driver is so nice thanks to amaj and shyam for booking my transportation i come here to vist my family in jahra and its really great i choose this hotel to stay amd also sherinfor helping me for my lunch box order

When we book online the price is so expensive but when we extend our booking I ask tandin if they have promotion and she offer me good deal thanks to her I would want to thank also to Shyam and the masry lady in cafeteria and of course san*** he give us extra amenities in the room as I ask for extra for my kids they use in the pool
