"A great hotel compared to the price. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a woman’s nail salon. There is a Starbucks in the reception, and there are many stores next to the hotel. Like restaurants, supermarkets and a atm. Other than that there are parks for hotel guests. tHe staff are very nice they always help us with bags after shopping. We were give upgraded on the room we booked superior king room and “ Redha “ give us junior sweet, Thank you so much for this experience we will come back soon."

"Η εμπειρία μου δεν ήταν καθόλου ικανοποιητική. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει ξεπερασμένες συνθήκες. Είναι προφανές ότι το κατάλυμα δεν έχει ανακαινιστεί εδώ και αρκετό καιρό, γεγονός που του δίνει μια γενικά παραμελημένη εμφάνιση. Τα δωμάτια ήταν ιδιαίτερα απογοητευτικά. Ήταν κακώς επιπλωμένα, με παλιά και φθαρμένα έπιπλα που δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις προσδοκίες που έθετε το διαφημιστικό υλικό του ξενοδοχείου. Επιπλέον, η καθαριότητα των δωματίων άφηνε πολλά να φανούν επιθυμητά. Υπήρχαν σημάδια φθοράς σε όλους τους χώρους, από λεκιασμένα χαλιά μέχρι ξεπερασμένα είδη μπάνιου. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία ήταν πολύ μακριά από αυτό που ήλπιζα και πιστεύω ότι το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται σημαντικές ανακαινίσεις για να ανταποκριθεί στα σύγχρονα πρότυπα. "Fairly new hotel in good condition. The room is relatively small, but good for a 3* hotel (with a refrigerator). Large shower. Air conditioning is quite loud, but helps drown out the two construction sites to the right and left of the hotel, so I was able to sleep well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was okay for surfing, but too slow for uploading pictures to Instagram. Breakfast was simple, but as I said, it is a 3* hotel. There is a mini pool on the first floor with two loungers on the terrace and three loungers inside. 400m away is a large shopping center with a good selection of food. The nearest hypermarket (Monoprix) is 800m away. Bus 507 (0.25 KD, taxi 2.5 KD) takes you to Avenues Mall. A taxi to the airport was 5 KD."

"1) It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a free shuttle both ways (※Taxi is 5KWD one way? (fixed rate), so if 1KWD=500 yen, it's about 5000 yen round trip). 2) I arrived late at night, but if I contacted them in advance, they prepared a car to pick me up. 3) It's in the same building as Hollidayinn. 4) There's a city bus stop in front of the hotel (there's no concept of a bus stop, the bus stops when you raise your hand), but it's difficult to use the bus. 5) The decorations use Arabic designs, but the overall impression is a bit old-fashioned. 6) The lounge is comfortable. You can eat breakfast to dinner (simple meals), and there's always tea and cookies available. 7) It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the center where the Kuwait Tower and museums are located, and the cost is 7KWD one way (about 3500 yen). While it's close to the airport, it's far from the center. 8) It's about a 10-minute drive to the new campus of Kuwait University. 8) The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items and is delicious. The entire lobby in front of the front desk is used as a breakfast restaurant."

"We arrived in Kuwait after a long delay and it was dark when we arrived. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we were offered an upgrade. When we got to the room we were very impressed. We had a suite with lovely views and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was very modern. We went for a short walk and there really isn't much around. We were looking for a nice restaurant but could only find kebab and chicken shops. So we went back to the hotel and ate at the buffet. It was fantastic! The standard of all the food was very high and the dining room very pleasant. We went back there for the (included) breakfast next morning. It really is a great hotel and highly recommended."
