"Απολαύσαμε πολύ τη διαμονή μας. Η τοποθεσία είναι τόσο τοπική, θέα στο όμορφο κόλπο του Ραμπάκ. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν μια μοναδική θέση με τον πιο όμορφο οικοδεσπότη για πρωινό, ο Νέβιο μας φρόντιζε. Το καλό του χαμόγελο και τα καλύτερα αβγά ήταν ένα σημάδι, αλλά ακόμα καλύτερα μας φέρθηκε σαν οικογένεια! Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια και استمتعنا να κολυμπήσουμε μπροστά από το δωμάτιο μας στην υπέροχη Αδριατική θάλασσα κάθε μέρα."

"We spent one night in this hotel during a roadtrip. It is difficult to find (only Google Maps locates it correctly) but you fall under its spell as soon as you arrive. It is a charming little hotel in a privileged setting, completely peaceful. The welcome is extremely warm and pleasant. The room is basic and a little old-fashioned but it is clean and lacks nothing. The bedding was a little too hard for our taste. What caused us a real problem was the air conditioning which is extremely noisy and hardly works, which gave us a very complicated night given the heat in the middle of August and the number of mosquitoes once you open the window. In addition, we were on the second floor, under the roof, which certainly did not help with the heat ... We ate at the hotel restaurant. We were almost alone and therefore very quiet on the pretty little terrace. It was not an extraordinary meal but we ate well and it was not expensive at all. The breakfast was very good. We feel that everything is done to please customers."

"We have been coming to Girandella for adults for the last 5 years once every year. It has been great and we love it. In 2026 however major changes to the food concept have been made. There is no included lunch buffet nor evening snacks anymore. Instead a credit system for extra pay is in place which frankly is not attractive to most guests especially since the Rebelle restaurant remains excluded/closed. Why would adult guests want to eat at the family restaurant? It all feels like a top down cost cutting measure and leads to people not coming anymore or spending their money on local businesses. The staff is still awesome and super nice but here also head count was reduced and the team is struggling to keep up during high demand times. That is not fair to the staff and guests."

"The hotel is fantastically located and has phenomenal views. Every morning during breakfast, you can watch dolphins swim around the hotel. The drive from Pula airport takes about an hour. The rooms, as well as the entire hotel, are very, very clean. The staff is friendly, smiling, and professional. The hotel reception can arrange car rentals. This is worth doing to explore nearby Labin and Pula. The amphitheater in Pula is stunning, especially at night. You can even take a trip to Venice. The journey takes about three hours. The food is excellent and varied. We spent a wonderful, hot week here. My only comment: since this hotel is mainly occupied by families with children, it would be worth considering designated smoking areas. I didn't like it when adults were smoking nearby during the evening children's disco."

"Εμείς (η αδερφή μου και εγώ) μείναμε εδώ 9 μέρες σε ένα κινητό σπίτι. Όταν φτάσαμε, λάβαμε αναβάθμιση σε μια πολυτελή έκδοση, σούπερ fine! Επίσης λάβαμε ένα κινητό σπίτι κοντά στην άλλη αδελφή μας που έμενε εδώ στο καταυλισμό της. Η αεροπορία λειτουργεί στην κορυφή (χρειαζόμασταν μια μέση θερμοκρασία 38 βαθμών). Το ντους ήταν μερικές φορές κρύο, ήταν τόσο κακό; Όχι, δεν πονούσαμε πραγματικά. Καθαρή, καθαρή παραλία όπου μπορείτε να νοικιάσετε κρεβάτια και σαλόνια για αυτό που βρήκαμε μια δημιουργική τιμή. 2 κρεβάτια με ομπρέλα 25 ευρώ, και ένα σαλόνι 35 ευρώ, ανά ημέρα. Το νερό ρέει αργά, έτσι μπορείτε να στέκεστε εκεί για πολύ καιρό και είναι πολύ κατάλληλο για παιδιά. Η πισίνα είναι επιθυμητή, μια στρογγυλή άκρη όπου γλιστράς εύκολα και βρήκα αρκετά ελεύθερα μπαστούνια, έτσι νιώθεις και τις ογδόντες πλευρές. Η πισίνα ανακαινίζεται, οπότε βρισκόμαστε εδώ μόνο μια φορά επειδή θεωρήσαμε ότι ήταν επικίνδυνη, ήμασταν ακόμα εν μέρει στην προ-εποχή και μετά η χορέκα έκλεισε στις 17:00, με λύπη, από μόνη της. Αλλά το κατασκήνωση βρίσκεται σε μια βόλτα μακριά από το Ραμπάκ και μπορείτε να φάτε περισσότερα από καλές. Τα πλυντήρια είναι πραγματικά ακριβά, € 7.50 ανά ώρα πλύσης. Συμπεριλαμβάνεται και ο πλυντήριος που μυρίζει υπέροχα! Επανάληψη ευαίσθητος; Ναι για μας, σε ένα κινητό σπίτι. Τα κτίρια της τουαλέτας δεν ήταν πάντα καθαρά, καταλαβαίνουμε από την άλλη αδελφή μας που έμενε εδώ στο καταυλισμό της. Τι θα θέλαμε να ξεκαθαρίσουμε, επιτέλους. Το προσωπικό σε αυτό το καταυλισμό είναι πραγματικά ανώτερο!! Σκέφτονται μαζί σου, δουλεύουν με ένα μεγάλο χαμόγελο και σου δίνουν μια πολύ ωραία διακοπή. Ευχαριστώ! Είχαμε πραγματικά μια πολύ ωραία διακοπή."

Restaurant manager Antonio deserves special mention – he was always there to help, ensured guests' comfort, and greeted everyone with a smile. He truly knows his job and puts his heart into it. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and varied. The location was excellent – close to the beach and promenade. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return!"
