We talked last night about hiring two taxis but we didn't confirm it.They misunderstood the instruction and hired the two taxis. Nereida called me to the mobile and told me q was not right and after discussing, he shut me the phone saying q had to pay 17 Euros to the taxis and q had no moral or ethical. Cdo I tried the subject personally with her, since q I asked, with an incredible soberbia towards me, the client, manifested me q never locked my phone and q , of course, I had no reason q seems to be q , in dreams or in a imaginary world, We confirmed the taxis. I just stayed, request the complaint sheet, which I signed but never sealed me is working. What a find. Thank you to other reviewers. We were driving through Spain in a classic car so like a hotel with secure parking which isn't too much of a detour from the motorway. This hotel fits the bill and even has additional underground parking at no extra charge. The hotel is in a historic building with lovely grounds, a short taxi ride into Valladolid (we didn't have time to do this). Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. On the back of other reviews wedined in the restaurant and are, so glad we did. A fabulous chef and waited on with pride by Juan (who was happy to speak English) and charm. A hugely hospitable overnight stop. We will be back on our next trip and make time to visit the old town centre too.

The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

What a find. Thank you to other reviewers. We were driving through Spain in a classic car so like a hotel with secure parking which isn't too much of a detour from the motorway. This hotel fits the bill and even has additional underground parking at no extra charge. The hotel is in a historic building with lovely grounds, a short taxi ride into Valladolid (we didn't have time to do this). Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. On the back of other reviews wedined in the restaurant and are, so glad we did. A fabulous chef and waited on with pride by Juan (who was happy to speak English) and charm. A hugely hospitable overnight stop. We will be back on our next trip and make time to visit the old town centre too.

Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.
