Very pleasant staff
Excellent breakfast I was most impressed with the espresso machine and the Lanzhou noodles
The gym needs updating as the treadmills were not working as were the exercise bikes
The room refrigerator wasn’t cold enough
Central location and would stay there again

Location is good. Close to pedestrians street and city attractions / shop. Room quite small but ok for solo traveller. Breakfast catered for locals taste.

This hotel is top. Service is great. You can see in the details when they clean or prepare the room twice a day. The room is also quite good, in quality and cleaning. The only think I dint like is that there was no remote control for the air conditioning and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off.
Breakfast is food and varied.
I would also like to thank Bobby at the front desk for his help. He speaks perfect English and helped us a lot.

前台小汪服務很好升級了房型，大堂副理王文斐非常熱情幫我們提行李並送到房間，給我們介紹了房間小度及設施，最感動的是小斐當時進酒店前杯子掉進車底幫我也取出來了，還幫我們還預約了博物館，酒店體驗很好，出行方便。大大的表揚！感謝🙏

酒店位置非常好，步行走哪個點都非常方便，酒店乾淨，設施完善，床和枕頭睡得舒服，半夜孩子急性胃腸炎，吐了一床，酒店大堂經理王文裴特別熱心，不僅沒收床單清洗費，還兩次過來關心詢問幫助，從地理位置，設定，服務來説都可以給五星+，確實值得推薦
