"I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou."

"I'll comment after I get home. Thank you to the enthusiastic front desk guy. It's the off-season for tourism, and he upgraded our family's room. You can borrow an umbrella for free at the front desk on rainy days. The service is very enthusiastic.
The location of this hotel is quite good. You can walk a little distance from Lanzhou University, and there are snack streets and shopping malls on the other side.
Hygiene: Hygiene is cleaned once a day. The cleaning staff is very distant and will wait for the guests to go out to clean. When you come back at night, you can lie directly on the cleaned bed.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and the shower head and toilet look shiny. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very convenient. There is a hair dryer.
Service: There is a landline in the room. If you need anything, call the housekeeping department at any time, and someone will come to deliver it immediately."

"I came to Lanzhou to choose this Lanberry Yiju Wuquan store, I really chose the right one! The location is particularly good, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The environment in the store is clean and refreshing, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, and it looks particularly comfortable. The front desk staff was gentle and polite, the check-in speed was very fast, and the service was particularly intimate. The room was spacious and bright, cleaned up, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the soundproofing was good, and the rest was not disturbed. The daily necessities are complete, the quality of toiletries is also good, and the living is warm and comfortable. It is convenient to eat, drink and play around, the price is directly full, the accommodation experience is full, this is the first choice for travel accommodation, I really recommend it to friends who come to Lanzhou!"

No. 12 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Lanzhou"The hotel wasn't really up to standard. I booked an 'honourable room' because it had an air purifier. However when I tried to cool down the room with the air con it didn't work. I called reception and they said the air con wasn't turned on and only 'natural ventilation' was available! And this was when the air pollution outside was at very high levels.
Really not acceptable in a supposed 4-star hotel that advertises that it has air con - this is part of the reason I booked! The staff were as helpful as they coukd be under the circumstances - they bought in a fan which made the temperature bearable."
