"Very cozy & Pleasant small hotel. The place sits in the back area of the center of Las Terrenas, about 400-500 FT from the beach. The rooms are well appointed & have everything you need, there are a total of 10 rooms? Αυτό το μέρος είναι καλό για όσους αναζητούν μια ήσυχη Γιόγκα σαν θέαμα. Πολλά βλάστημα, ωραία περιοχή πισίνας. Μερικά ελαττώματα: Η πόρτα είναι δύσκολο να ανοίξει με το κλειδί που παρέχεται από μέσα και έξω. Άλλαξες δωμάτια λόγω του κλειδιού, το ίδιο συνέβη με το νέο δωμάτιο και το νέο δωμάτιο είχε καθαρά λεκέδες στο κρεβάτι. Αυτό αφορά, δεν το ενημερώσαμε τον υπεύθυνο της φροντίδας, καθώς ήταν αργά το βράδυ. Κατά την έξοδο, η ισχύς εξερχόταν, έπρεπε να περιμένουμε έξω από το δωμάτιο μέχρι να μπει η ισχύς ή ο φροντιστής έφερε μια γεννήτρια, τελικά πήρε πολύ καιρό και ήταν ζεστή έξω, βγήκαμε για δείπνο και η ισχύς επέστρεψε σε λίγες ώρες. Τέλος, το πάτωμα ήταν βρώμικο κατά τη διάρκεια της είσοδος, τα πόδια μας ήταν βρώμικο από το να περπατάμε λίγα λεπτά στο δωμάτιο, ο οικονόμος καθάρισε το δωμάτιο το επόμενο πρωί. Συνολικά, απολαύσαμε το μέρος, την γειτονιά στην παραλία, το εξαιρετικό πρωινό & μεγάλη υπηρεσία από τον Λούις"

"Generally ok and I did extend my trip a couple of days. The food was good and the entertainment team were great. The front desk however are a bit full of themselves. When I arrived at 14h30 they told me the room would be ready by 15h15. When I went back at 15h30 they said 16h30… it was because they were still painting it! When I went in the room I lent against the wall and got covered in paint. I contacted the front desk who seemed very inconvenienced by the issue and said ‘I suppose you will want to change room’. Well yes… did they offer to help me clean off the paint, move my luggage to the new room, bring the new keys to me? No No No - had to do it all myself. So service recovery skills there non existent. They also messed up the new keys when I extended the stay so I had to go back. There is a club area on the beach but it is so badly signposted that people would drift in there and sit down and then get into a fight (literally) with the club guests. The signage needs to be made a lot clearer. I don’t really want to listen to that on my vacation and I expect people who go in there by accident want to be humiliated either. But I did like the hotel and particularly the beach was great for swimming."

Καλή μεταχείριση από το προσωπικό υποδοχής, αλλά οι άνθρωποι που εργάζονται στο εστιατόριο της παραλίας το κάνουν με μεγάλη παρσιμότητα, αργότητα και αμέλεια: έπρεπε να τους ζητήσετε να σας φροντίσουν ή να ετοιμάσουν πράγματα, επειδή δεν είχαν ποτέ τίποτα έτοιμο. Το πρωινό συμπεριλήφθηκε (βλέπε φωτογραφία), αλλά ήταν πολύ βασικό και δεν υπήρχε ποικιλία. Τιμές του φτηνού εστιατόρου και επίσης μασάζ (€ 60/hora). Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο με το wifi, το ντους ήταν κλειδωμένο, υποτίθεται ότι το ταιριάζουν, αλλά ήταν το ίδιο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι όμορφο και τα μεγάλα δωμάτια, αλλά υπήρχαν πολλά πράγματα που δεν ήταν καλά, που βγήκα έξω με άσχημη γεύση με πικρά αισθήματα."

"The room is quite big, and the double bed room is much more comfortable than the twin room. But the hotel is older and the facilities are older. The air conditioner can only cool but not heat. It happened to be very cold during those days, which was very uncomfortable. In addition, the hotel can store it for a long time, which is very convenient, so I stay there all the time."

"Lovely privately run small boutique hotel in beautiful, well kept grounds. 10 minute easy walk to the beach and local restaurants/bars in Las Terrenas. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Small pool with sun beds to soak up the sun. Only five villas, so quite private. We stayed in the only detached one which was fairly large, very clean with large bed and shower, including toiletries. Complimentary water, Sprite, and fruit juice in minibar, plus biscuits and plantain crisps. Nice veranda with chairs for relaxing with a drink. Only downside was that we didn’t have a coffee machine which the others did. However, the breakfast pergola also acts as a bar from 8.00-19.00 hours, so can get a coffee there. Could do with longer bar hours, but to be honest, most of the other visitors were out all day. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, toast and yoghurt with granola or a choice of omelette, all served by the couple who own it. Very friendly people, the husband speaks English but I don’t think his wife did. Would definitely recommend this small, quiet hotel. Ideal for couples as there is a no children or pets rule. Not for people looking for somewhere with a lot going on, and the pool is only big enough for short lengths. Accessed by a private gate that is monitored , so very secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we went back to Las Terrenas. Good value for money."
