Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. Fairly well-equipped studios, family swimming pool, correct set... but it depends on the rooms... so beware! Especially since we take a deposit of 300 euros (even if you only stay one night) WITHOUT an incoming or outgoing inventory. Declare therefore upon your arrival any imperfection at the reception so that you can recover your deposit. We also don't like the group of cleaning staff who, in the morning, carry on a conversation, chatter in the corridors and clutter them. The cleaning trolleys we accept of course, but when you see the cleanliness of certain rooms, you understand that it was more interesting to chat than to pass the broom.

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

The staff on tonight (24th March 2023), were amazing. From picking us up at the airport, checking us in, serving us at the bar and in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful always multitasking (including speaking English) with a big smile and very welcoming. The room and the food was excellent. Thank you x

What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

Accueil très sympatique! Le personnel est charmant. Ma chambre était top et sombre, j’ai très bien dormi. Propreté et confort! Le petit dej est bien, il y a du choix sucré et salé. L’hôtel est loin de M****ille vieux port mais un bus et un métro permettent d’y accéder facilement. Il y a quelques magasins à proximité et une balade à pied dans ce village est hyper agréable, les gens sont accueillants.

Hotel correcte pour le tarif, un peu bruyant, mal isolé, mais dans l ensemble ça va. Propre, personnel sympathique, parking surveillé par caméra, sanitaire propre.
