What really stood out was how incredibly enthusiastic the female staff at the front desk were. They proactively helped my elderly companions, even showing them how to use the coffee machine. That left a lasting impression. The dining options were just okay, but you could see the high-speed rail station from the restaurant window. Although it's about a kilometer from the station, it's the closest hotel around, as there are no other buildings near the station."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel, staying for three nights in a row – it was incredibly worthwhile. The environment is fresh, elegant, and uniquely charming with an antique feel. The service was impeccable, including airport shuttle service, welcome fruit, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. As soon as I arrived in Linfen, everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about airport pickup; I was whisked away in a business car directly to the hotel. My room was a standalone unit, and it was incredibly comfortable. In-room amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, a great sound system, Voss mineral water, and tea bags and coffee grounds for self-made beverages. The welcome fruit was exquisite, featuring both fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was different every day, making me eagerly anticipate it – it felt like a personalized bespoke service. Afternoon tea offered coffee and a yogurt bowl, along with homemade egg tarts. For cocktails, there was a selection to choose from; I picked a Tequila Sunrise, which was delicious. The hotel butler was also very enthusiastic, responsible, and thoughtful, not to mention good-looking!"
