Hainan Narada Resort & Spa Perfume Bay

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

Excellent service and great Villa. Amenities for everyone. Kids loved the pool and clean beach. Very good breakfast and a very decent burger as pastas available.

I adored the resort layout, the beach was sublime and my villa was heaven. Perfect place for relaxation and chill time. Hotel’s service was good and Ms Zhang was very helpful. Unfortunately not all restaurants were open and the one that was, operated a limited menu. The spa was lovely. The surrounds and lavish villas make this a worthwhile stay though - recommend!

The hotel itself boasts a nice location, grounds were overall well maintained with the exception of the second pool which needed a bit of maintenance. The rooms though spacious were a little dated, aircon leaked. There aren’t any western restaurants around the venue and unfortunately no food was available during our stay because of the epidemic situation. The pools at the villa were clean.

Unfortunately due the current covid restrictions, I was not able to try out any of the amenities as they were all closed. The hotel itself was lovely, the villa was spacious and I was assisted by a friendly receptionist Nancy. As the restaurant was closed, it would have been helpful if the hotel had at least provided alternatives for dining.

That was an amazing trip! The hotel, service, swimming pools are excellent! We are highly recommend the Narada Hotel, there is surfings school directly at the beach, you are not allowed to swim there by yourself because of strong waves , but it is perfect for suffering experience. We came to celebrate my birthday , and we we upgrade for better room for the whole stay ! The service is always there to help you, bar has long drink list and restaurant has Western style food. In March there are not so many people, which makes it even more comfortable !

Brilliant secluded location. Friendly staff. Nice villas with own pool and spa. Nice breakfast with good variety. A great place both for families and couples as it offers privacy and joint areas. Fair prices is bars and restaurants

I had a wonderful time! If you are looking for a place to relax this is it! The villa has everything you need from yoga mat to ambiance music, it’s was belong my expectations. The staff is very helpful though limited in English, they are reliable and will their absolute best to fulfill your requests. The breakfast is mostly Chinese type though western style is also available. This hotel was a beautiful surprise and I will definitely come again.

I just love this place. It is my third time here. The staff are lovely, thank you to all of them and 孟孟 Meng Meng for sorting and arranging everything, as always! The rooms are so peaceful. You're surrounded by lush greenery. Then there is the private pool...with a hottub. It's an oasis! The beach is just in front of the hotel, separated by a wonderful pool that must be over 50 metres long. Hope I can come back soon.
