When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

This island is always worth the trip and the cost. Amazing location and the natural beauty of island life is something everyone should experience. The staff is very helpful and there is a man that speak English that helps you sign up for different activities. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The watered down juices and lemonade were terrible and there isn’t a wide selection. Overall I will be visiting again.

The hotel composed of villas of differents sizes is located in a seclude environment. The place is very quiet, ideal for couples or family looking for tranquility. The medium-sized hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are spacious very clean and well equiped. We were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruits and a minibar of soft drinks. Fruits and drinks were refilled regularly during our stay.. The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive to your desire and comfort as well as discreet. The Chinese and Western breakfast buffet is varied and abundant. The Chinese restaurant provides a broad menu of tasty Chinese dishes. There are also some Western classical dishes (we didn't try). The long infinity pool with a beautiful view on the sea is magnificent and very pleasant. The beach is far from being overcrowded, you are nearly alone when walking. We stayed 8 nights and we have globally been very satisfied of our stay in Narada hotel. For those looking to spend holidays in a quiet place and in a small-medium scale hotel, here is the place to be. We would definitely recommend it and would certainly come back.

If you drive and want to discover places off the beaten track, this place is recommendable. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The raffles Hainan is fabulous. I really love it’s location right next to the beautiful white sand beach. I also appreciate it is a little further out of Sanya making it very quiet and relaxing. The service is exceptional. Upon checking in we were greeted by Joe, who spoke perfect English and invited us to connect on wechat so he could take care of whatever we needed. Whenever my friends and I needed something arranged or delivered, Joe was on top of it. He is exceptional at his job. We also had massages at the Raffles spa. The service and experience were relaxing and beautiful. My room was spacious with a great view of the ocean. The food is great with both western and Chinese options. There are also 2 pools to relax beside, both with beautiful and clear blue water. Also, the pools were not that crowded, allowing you lots of privacy and room. I’d highly recommend The Raffles Hainan. 5 star service, location, and experience.

The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

The hotel that surprised me on this Hainan self-driving route. The hotel rooms are all in a comfortable and simple decoration style, which is basically the same as the online pictures. The overall environment is very good, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. The front office staff took the initiative to contact us in advance. , and arranged a suitable room. Xiao Tang added my WeChat account when I checked in. During the period, I always provided butler-style service, thoughtful, considerate, warm and hospitable. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is a little bit biased. When we drove off the highway, it was quite dark compared to the street lights. We arrived at night and it was scary to drive all the way. It was dark and a bit uneasy. When I woke up in the morning, I found that the scenery was really good and there were some delicious food nearby. Distance, either drive or order takeout. There is a large outdoor swimming pool below. There are many toys in the swimming pool that can be rented, which is very suitable for children to play. The hotel staff will also regularly release bubbles for the children to play with. The hotel is equipped with a small hot spring pool, which is suitable for a family. There is also an indoor swimming pool open at night. The water is at a constant temperature, so you don’t have to worry about catching a cold after swimming. The sunrise in the morning was also stunning, so beautiful. The environment is very good, there is a large outdoor swimming pool, and there are water slides in the swimming pool, which is very suitable for children to play. The hotel staff will also regularly release bubbles for the children to play with. Lying on the deck chair is very comfortable, the sunrise in the morning is also amazing, and getting up early for a run is so beautiful. It's a quiet place for a relaxing vacation, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The scenery is particularly good. The equipment and facilities are very good. The gym, activity room, and Sichuan cuisine in the Chinese restaurant are delicious. The breakfast for two days is also rich and combines Chinese and Western buffets. It turned out that you can even get to the airport by shuttle bus, which I was happy to use. There is also a shuttle to the village and the entrance to Monkey Island. The hotel is located in a picturesque place, where there are very well-groomed trees and shrubs, there is a beautiful swimming pool decorated with tropical vegetation, and there are plenty of places where wedding shoots are held. The beach is mostly deserted, but there is a station for those who learn to surf, and the hotel provides discounts for its customers. People almost do not swim in the sea, and there are signs everywhere that it is forbidden to swim, the beach is beautiful, but it is not equipped for swimming. But you can find a few wooden sun beds, bring your own towel and lie there at least all day. The hotel does not provide a gym. There are very good paths for morning runs, and you can use the paths of the neighboring hotel, too. The breakfasts offer good food. It is almost the same every day, but the types of fish and meat changed, and everything was delicious. You can order lunch or dinner here in the restaurant, too. Right at the entrance to the hotel there are two supermarkets where you can buy food and drinks. The view of the sea from the room is quite limited, so there is no need to overpay for the sea view. Rather, it is a view of the pool and a little bit of the sea. The room has a large refrigerator, a kettle and even a microwave. So it is very suitable for a rest for 4-5 days.

I am pinpointed this place as a must stay in the next trip to Hainan. There is a beautiful beach without vendors and crowds. The mountains are next door too. There is a free plank path to the nearest peak. Great for outdoor runs, hikes, bicycle rides. The area is cheaper than the rest of Sanya but it is also less developed which makes it more attractive to me and my family. The hotel is right next to the highway which makes it convenient to commute with the other famous places if you have a car. Breakfast is fine, the rooms are beautiful. Kids love the pool and the children’s paradise. Thanks for the staff at the front desk who were very helpful through our 4days stay. Yes, the beds are kinda hard but it’s China style I guess.

Very good hotel stay just one day in it. The stuff are kind and helpful and the price is affordable, initially i took a room there to easy go to cdf mall as it is just at 20 mn from the hotel. The rooms are big and large but have no sea view and the breakfast was poor comparing to the chain hotel name. Pesons who look for a calm and quiet hotel should like this place, not a lot of people and the location is great. Thanks to the stuff member who upgrade us for free( forget his name) but the reception was hell hot, i don’t know why. the kids club is too small and the swimming pool ground injured me wile I was swimming ( but the stuff run to help me immediately) quick and good experience in general.

Tang's work performance is very good and considerate. This time I checked in, the network was being repaired and the signal would be weaker. The construction was noisy during the day.

第一次來陵水，定酒店的時候看了陵水價格在幾百到幾千不等的許多酒店，最後選了這家。在陵水我要去的地方在清水灣那邊，離這裏大概有二十多公里，選擇這家酒店主要有以下幾個原因。 1 價格 ，過年的這段時間，這裏的酒店價格都翻倍的增長，在一千左右的這個範圍內，這家可以説是秒殺清水灣那邊的酒店，清水灣那邊大部分的酒店都是民宿，説白了就是居民樓，環境，衞生就層次不齊吧。稍微看起來不錯的，都在五千起，我衹能説，我住不起。 2 周圍設施，這個酒店旁邊就是一個商業廣場，離高鐵站也不遠。還算是便利的。 3 這個酒店配的毛巾是一次性的，這點真的很好。對於認真洗臉的人來説，一次性的毛巾真的很實用。 4 付了兩張圖，窗外視野也是開闊的，早上陽光可以直接曬到床上，難怪我昨晚睡到床上，很明顯的感覺床上用品有那種曬太陽後的那種乾燥的味道。 最後提一個個人在入住過程中遇到的小小需求。沒有枱燈，看書的話衹能在床頭旁的那個吊燈下看，吊燈的位置低，會有投射的燈罩的泛光，不適合閲讀。另外沐浴露和洗髮水可以稍微加點濃度，現在的過於稀薄。

挺不錯的賓館我8月底已住過幾天這家賓館，這次國慶期間再次入住，價格衹比之前漲價30-40%國慶期間才150不到，非常不錯，又待了幾天。住之前住5樓，這次住頂樓，有電梯，方便！停車方便，樓下門口有10多個停車位。大堂隨時都有人值班，挺有安全感的。住的標間，房間挺大的！老闆也客氣，賣的水比外面的小店還便宜。門口有水管，老闆説不住的老客人，也可以來接水沖淡的，挺客氣的。總之總統感覺不錯，還會再來的。
