Great spot with very friendly staff. No A/C but it was nice that we had a room with a balcony as there were only 2 or 3 of these rooms.

Hi - I stayed here for 2 nights (breakfast included) and it was brilliant - the reception staff were excellent. They were very attentive and super friendly and helpful . The decor of the hotel and reception area was very tastefully done . I certainly enjoyed my time there.

Not a 5 star hotel but what made me gave an excellent score is because of the warm welcome of the staff they are all very helpful and courteous from the reception staff to the kitchen personnel. Slight noise outside due to the tram and cars but very acceptable and accessible to Tram 28 to go around, and a grocery nearby to buy some stuff. Breakfast was great not too much alternative but superb choices. Walkable to other near places and resto. Again, to all the staff!!!! Thank You Very Much!! You are highly appreciated and the letter at end.

Dear Lisbon felt like a home away from home. The staff were so resourceful and kind and I felt safe in and around the hotel at all times. Such a beautiful place!

We travelled to Lissabon in February 2024 and were super happy to stay with Dear Lisbon Gallery House!! From the welcome process to the end, we had the feeling that there was a lot of passion in this hotel and that everything was managed very lovingly. The room as well as the breakfast were excellent and the location is very close to the center of Bairro Alto and Baixa (walking distance). We can definitely recommend to stay in this beautiful hotel!!

The hotel had received very good reviews on ebookers. Having reviewed them, we decided to choose this hotel. And it didn't disappoint us: it was a very nice small hotel with a good location to the central Lisbon area. The room was nice and in good order, the breakfast was good and the friendly and helpful staff deserve a special mentioning. When we arrived, we were offered welcome drink and before our departure, we received a very nice hand-written farewell letter from the staff. We would be happy to return some day again and can warmly recommend the hotel to others.

The staff could not be more helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was the perfect start to the day where we were able walking a lot.

Warm welcome from staff who really care. Very clean and comfortable and in excellent location for seeing all the sights. Well connected transport links for further afield adventures. Many lovely cafe's and restaurants within walking distance.
