Of all the places we have been and stayed this place went about and beyond more than anyone else ever has! We took a long weekend trip NY to Lisbon for my wife’s birthday without even letting them know or telling them they had their bakery make my wife a delicious birthday cake! The concierge was very helpful and always nice. The hotel itself couldn’t be situated in a better location right in the center of everything steps to 100’s of restaurants, trams, shops and the markets. JUST FIND THAT GOLDEN DOOR!

What a fantastic hotel! The staff on reception were extremely welcoming, friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable right from check in. The room was perfect for what we needed with a good view from the terrace and excellent bathroom facilities. The location was great for restaurants, shopping and the metro for exploring Lisbon. We also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed feel of breakfast every morning, with a wide range of food on offer. We will definitely book again when back in Lisbon.

We had a great time at the Be Poet Baxia and it was perfect for our 3 night stay. Bed really comfortable, lovely shower which was sparkling clean and a good buffet breakfast. Location was perfect too and we walked for miles all over Lisbon. What more could you want?

Dana (red hair) exceedingly helpful, everyone was but she above and beyond. Great location! Clea. Comfortable bed. Windows open!

We had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is very convenient, super clean, and the staff was very helpful. If you want a location right in the middle of everything, this is the place. Thank you for a great stay.

The location was very central which was great for exploring the city. We were on 1st floor so could hear noise from the street outside at night time, the hotel itself was quite noisy and you could hear other guests, so would advise taking earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The staff were excellent, a warm welcome with port & pasta del nada, the day we left it was my birthday, they wished me a happy birthday and played the song which was a nice touch. I would stay again!

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for a long weekend. The welcome port and pastel de nata went down a treat and set the tone for a wonderful stay.

I highly recommend this hotel what an amazing service and stay we had. Staff can’t do enough for you always ensuring that you have all that you need, excellent recommendations for place to visit and eat. We are hoping to return in August for a longer stay
