위치좋고 깨끗한데 첫날 난방이 안되서 춥다했더니 정상이라고 하면서 담요한장 추가해주고 말더라구요. 그리고 담날 나갔다오니 고쳐져있었다는... 그래서 서비스와 시설에서 하나씩 빱니다. 친절하고 좋으셨는데... ㅎㅎ

It was a very central location and quite easy to get around. It would have been nicer to have more space in the room to hang clothes and jackets.

The standard room (mini) should really be called a Mini-room. There is nothing standard about it. There is nowhere to hang clothes and no space in the room. Fine for one person for one night but not for a couple for several days.

Cleaning staff do a good job and staff on check out was very friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable

The hotel was very well kept and very organised. The staff were diligent, helpful and extremely professional. The room (we stayed in the Mansard room type) was okay. The room was clean, however very small in size with no wardrobe present, meaning there was very little room for clothing and other luggage. There was also no facility to store clothes on hangers or in drawers either. This posed a bit of a challange and would not cater well for any trips longer than a long weekend. The room we stayed in had inconsistencies with the climate control, this meant that we used the window to cool the room down instead of the air-conditioning. This wasn't an issue though as our stay was in December, where the evenings were cool. The extract fan in the bathroom was not functioning properly, meaning steam from the shower could not be extracted adequately. The hotel maintenance throughout the common areas appeard to be in very good order, therefore this is likely a one-off issue and not a wider issue of concern. When we reported this issue, the hotel were quick to acknowledge. This is very positive. The breakfast was basic, but it catered for most people. If you are vegetarian, your options are extremely limited. The breakfast room was well organised and the staff very friendly and welcoming. We did not use the restaurant for dinner as we explored other local amenities. Overall, the hotel is great for any short city weekend break to Lisbon. The position of the hotel is perfect.

The hotel room was nice. Big bed and noce toilet. The only thing i didnt like was how cold the room was, there was no way to make it warm. Also the rooms had sliding doors which were difficult to shut and open.

Checkin was seamless. We were given a room with a balcony.. happy. The location is walking distance to everything. Staff available 24/7.

Charged extra $$ per person at the time of check out almost which I have no idea what was that for and it seems like Just a made up number to make an extra buck in my opinion.

I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect! The staffs are very helpful and I can’t thanks enough. Location is great. I hope to stay there again when I return to Lisbon😊
