Отель очень симпатичный, чистый. Завтраки небольшие, но все есть и все свежее. Большой плюс - кондиционер на тепло в январе. Как минус можно отметить то, что от метро пешком с чемоданом идти минут 15 по брусчатке и горкам, но это Лиссабон. Такси непосредственно к отелю подъехать тоже не может. В целом, отель очень понравился!

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville à pied.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées.
De plus, il est facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport.

I purchased the night via ******* and arrived at the property at 9pm. There was no parking, there was no access to the property and I called several times and nobody answered. I had to fund an other hotel to stay so I did not stay here. I called ******* to cancel and they told me the hotel did not want to cancel. I need to get a refund for NOT using the hotel .

The hotel is located in the old town of Lisbon. It was a great experience to walk around to explore beautiful streets and buildings. The two-story room layout is perfect for a family with kids. And the breakfast was awesome. Highly recommended!

Rooms are extremely small. You cannot control the temperature in your room. We went in December and the heat was on. The room got so hot we were forced to open the windows and hear all of the noise at night. When we spoke to the hotel staff we were told that there was nothing that can be done and if we wanted we could find another hotel (hotel directors advice) Unreal the options they provide for comfort. We will never stay there again and I would highly recommend you stay away.

Excellent location, hotel and overall stay! The team at the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. We had an excellent time and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Portugal.. whether alone, as a couple or with children! Did I say, excellent location?

This was in the old part of town taking an Uber cannot stop in front of the hotel do u do have to walk a bit down hill to get the hotel that is tucked away. Better to make arrangements with the hotel to and from airport very reasonable in comparison to a Uber. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially the front desk. Will stay again love the location and the quaintness of the hotel. Also very clean!

An excellent hotel! This was my first visit to Europe, and I understood very little of the Portuguese language. I prepared ahead of time, but still made a few stumbles along the way. The staff at Hotel Convento do Salvador consistently offered guidance and help when needed. Thank you very much for your kindness and patience.

Hotel is located in an area terribly hard to find and very inconvenient. But it self is very nice. I like its huge courtyard and the 2-story room layout.
