A great spot in Lisbon. Very friendly staff and a beautiful building. A fantastic location that is NOT directly in the middle of everything. Convenient to all transportation.

It is a beautiful place and well maintained. But what stands out the most is the staff. They were very kind and professional.

The entrance was not clean, no light at first when open the main door. No one available to welcome us. It was a bit scary. The property owner could add an automatic light at the entrance and have a sign to indicate guest where to go. Add more towels to the room. Have a more variety of breakfast. They serve the same thing every morning.

The room featured on the website has nothing to do with the room you actually get. Pure bait and switch. Gross mis-representation. You think you're getting a large room filled with light and a huge bed and instead your room has a bathroom built right in the room, literally carved out of the corner which leaves inches on either side of the bed. I also got bitten by bed bugs!!!!!

Was not readily apparent the hotel check in was up one floor. Need better signage or email. Things we’re a bit worn- holes in bathrobe, fabrics stained.
Biggest issue was the jackhammer demolition which was on the other side of our wall. 8:15-5:30. Unbelievable. Wish we were notified. Probably would have stayed elsewhere. Excellent location

The property was conveniently located near dining locations. Not convenient to public transportation, but Uber readily available.

Excellent location. Quiet room, only if you have one at the back, not facing the street. Breakfast was included. Friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Building is old, but historic.

Great location, easy to get to, lots of interesting shops and wonderful restaurants and bars. The property has tons of character and Rodrigo was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay there again.
