"The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Huaxiang Scenic Area, just a few minutes' drive away. It is a newly opened hotel. All facilities are very new. The rooms are large and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The guy at the hotel front desk is very attentive and helped us get our luggage to the room. The hotel customer service manager proactively contacted us in advance to inform us of the hotel location. It was also free of charge. They upgraded our room for us. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very rich, including freshly made sesame cakes. The hotel restaurant also launched very cost-effective meals. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. In short, it was a good stay experience. Highly recommended."

"Booked an executive room, but hit a string of snags! Arrived at 3:45 PM, and the front desk said the room wasn't ready yet. I understood, it was Chinese New Year after all. They gave me a drink voucher for the lobby, so I ordered a coffee and Tiramisu. It took a long time for the food to arrive. The cake was just a regular cake, absolutely nothing like Tiramisu. I asked the waitress, and she repeatedly insisted it was Tiramisu. Haha, fine, during Chinese New Year, staffing is probably stretched thin, and people aren't properly trained. No point arguing, I just wanted to check in. At 4:30 PM, I asked the front desk again, and they said it still wasn't ready. Under pressure (my voice got louder, and my tone became firmer), they gave me room 2613 (my original room was 2616). I had seen reviews about the room's cleanliness being an issue, so I had already braced myself. After a careful check, it was acceptable, which was a relief. But then came the evening, and the problems resurfaced. I could hear the loud chatter of the gentlemen in the room to my left, and the 'indescribable' sounds from the room to my right went on for an hour. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, and I was genuinely shocked by how poor the soundproofing was. After complaining, the duty manager on the second day promised they would block off the rooms on both sides. Yet, on the second night, the same neighbors reappeared. Apparently, business was booming during Chinese New Year, and the hotel was fully booked. Although the duty manager tried their best to appease guests (they really did try), the hardware of this place is just so subpar. Thanks to Ctrip's intervention, we changed hotels on the third night and finally got a good night's sleep. And let's talk about the hotel's breakfast – who on earth designed that traffic flow? The queues for people and the adjacent Wenyan restaurant cross over, and first-timers often get lost. As for the food quality, it definitely doesn't justify the price (128/person). This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the Wyndham brand in different regions. Fool me once, fool me twice, but not a third time."

"This trip to this hotel really dig a treasure! The overall environment of the hotel is absolutely perfect, the facade is high-end, the view is wide and comfortable, the atmosphere of taking pictures on sunny days is directly full, and the walk in the morning and evening is comfortable and healing. The location is super plus points, very close to the high-speed rail station, commute to the road saves time and worry, business trips and travel are very convenient, there is no need to toss the road. Breakfast is even more amazing! The category is super rich, Chinese and Western dishes, local specialty snacks, fresh fruit drinks are all available, the fresh ingredients are online, the nutrition is balanced, and a table is full of happiness. "The room has a slide and a swing, which attracted the children as soon as they entered the door. There is also a projection. The hardware is OK. It is divided into two floors, but the first floor is the bathroom sink and under the slide, which feels a bit crowded. There are two beds on the second floor, and one of the beds is almost a tatami at the bay window position, which does not feel very comfortable.
