"It is one of our favorite family accommodations. We have gone several times. The manager is wonderful, the spa option is phenomenal. The breakfasts are very rich! Although this trip we brought extra breakfast and we didn't order. It is very well located, if you like Asturias they are in a very strategic place to enjoy various things with children. The apartments are very well maintained, complete and very comfortable. It has Netflix and wifi....well...swings and a small free parking area...who cares?"

"What a beautiful setting. We loved the hotel and the friendliness of our hosts. We were always greeted with a smile when we returned from a day out. We had a room with a kitchen, which was extremely helpful when we wanted to just fend for ourselves. Our room was very well equipped and fantastically good value. We had read in another review that the pillows were a bit firm but we took a couple of our own to make sure we slept well. We had a room on the side of the hotel facing La Arquera and the town. From sitting in the garden one evening, we thought there might have been a lot of traffic noise from the main road on the other side, but this would be offset by the spectacular views of the Picos de Europa and the sunset. We didn't walk into town, as the drive was quick and easy, but we could see that it wouldn't be a hard walk, about 20-30 minutes to the centre, depending on your walking speed. With the addition of our little kitchen, we tended to eat out in the middle of the day and cook something simple in the evening. We tend to eat a little earlier than is traditional in Spain. The breakfast buffet was generous, with plenty of choice. Altogether, we loved our time at this hotel and would definitely stay again. Thank you all! Just as an aside, this was an hotel on offer with an Autumn special from Brittany Ferries. It was a superb deal. Can't recommend it highly enough. Llanes and the surrounding area are stunning."

"I have traveled all over the world but I have never seen anything like this. I found the location on Bookings and googled them so I could call them to ask if they have any rooms available and if they accept pets. We were told that yes and that they are pet friendly as it says on the bookings and I was recommended to pay directly with them to avoid the 20e fee for the dog that was on the bookings. The total on bookins was 160e, the direct total with them was...the same. The difference is that if you want to pay with them, you will be asked for the card number, expiration date and the cvc secret number on the back of the card, which is completely illegal and impersonal to ask. We arrived at the hotel on Friday night, on Saturday morning we were told that we are not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room and that it is also mentioned on the page, which is completely unreal. It is not mentioned either on their website or on bookings (obviously, otherwise they would not have the right to tick pet friendly) As if it were an object, which you attach to your keys and carry everywhere with you. So basically, we had to take the 14-year-old dog everywhere with us, because basically this hotel has no right to call itself pet friendly. There is NO refrigerator in the room, remote control for air conditioning. There is no breakfast and the restaurant .... I do not recommend their food. When the room was cleaned, I found some of my personal things moved, others stuffed in the drawers. I canceled the card I pay with, I filed a complaint and I will definitely never return to this hotel."

"Ήταν καταπληκτικό να περάσουμε μια νύχτα εδώ. Το προσωπικό, πολύ φιλικό. Το δωμάτιο, περισσότερο από αξιοπρεπές. Τοποθεσία, εκπληκτικό. Πρωινό, εκπληκτικό. Σύντομα, μια γοητευτική τοποθεσία που θα πάμε για ανάπαυση, αποσυνδέοντας και επαναφορτίζοντας τις μπαταρία. Θα είμαστε ασφαλείς πίσω."
