The hotel's hot spring water was clean and the temperature was perfect, with multiple pools to choose from, which the children absolutely loved. The parent-child facilities were comprehensive, and Jia Jin provided warm, attentive, and prompt service. No. 11 of Hot Spring Hotels in Huizhou"Facilities: For a five-star hotel that opened in 2022, it's disappointing that there's no smart toilet. The quality of the bathroom fixtures is very low, and the disposable amenities and linens are quite ordinary. Even the family room bathroom is pitifully small.
Environment: There are many hot spring pools, but the water quality feels like it's been diluted with boiler water a bit too much. The activities for children are good, both indoors and outdoors, and without too many extra charges.
Service: There are plenty of staff, and they are all prompt and attentive. Everything is handled by humans, no robots delivering items. However, you have to go downstairs to pick up takeaways, and the elevators were overloaded during the holidays. The breakfast has a wide variety but low quality; I just settled for some congee.
Hygiene: It's clear that there isn't a high volume of guests normally. The bathroom glass and metal fixtures have old water stains, the cubbies where towels are placed are dusty, and there are many hidden dirty spots. Housekeeping during extended stays is very sloppy; the bed was made like it is at home, and the room service center clearly lacks proper, systematic training."

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great."

The entire resort exudes a healing South French manor style, with white European-style buildings paired with endless lush green lawns. Every shot you take captures the perfect vibe for family photos.
A must-visit is the 1922 Manor, a French-style lakeside coffee house. Take a leisurely stroll along the path, enjoying the breeze, while the children run and play freely on the lawn. It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day.
The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids.
There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎
The resort is surrounded by dense forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions. In your free time, take a stroll along the forest stream path and immerse yourself in the fresh air.
No need to venture far for meals; the hotel restaurant offers a rich variety of light dishes, perfectly suited for babies' dietary needs. Everything from accommodation to dining, play, and hot springs is available in one place, truly making it a stress-free experience for parents."

"We had a thouroughly enjoyable 2 day stay with our children in this surprising resort. The hot springs area is quite extensive featuring many pools with different curative qualities, steam baths etc. The area is beautiful with abundant nature, mountains and bamboo forests. There is also a friendly town neighbouring the resort. The greatest asset is the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable."
