I made our reservations through Wyndam Resorts which I have done in the past with no problem. Before we even checked our the stay went downhill!!! First we were told that this Days Inn WOULD NOT honor the price that Wyndam gave us! Raj Patel (new owner) told us that we should have called Days Inn directly for a better price!! He then gave me his card with his email address and his price of $75 a night BUT ONLY IF WE DON’T CALL WYNDHAM DIRECTLY!!! (I do have this card as proof). He then told me if we weren’t happy we could leave! We had been driving over 12 hours and were too exhausted to fight so we checked in. First the bathroom door wouldn’t close. SO we went to the front desk since there was not a phone in the room nor even a clock radio!! Raj told me that the Trevor, maintenance man, was seeing his kids but would be back before 9pm that night to fix the door. Trevor was very nice and yes, he did show up and did fix the door. Next morning I went to dry my hair and although there was a hair dryer attached to the wall there was no plug from the hair dryer to the wall!!!! I told Raj and he just looked at me! FOUR DAYS we were there and NEVER DID RAJ PROVIDE ME WITH A PLUG FOR THIS HAIR DRYER!!!!!!! (see photo). The breakfast offerings was two bananas for “everyone” and a couple of inches of stale Fruit Loops and/or Raisin Bran! There was no yogurt day 1. (see photo) but you could BUY muffins etc at the front desk (see photo) The next day we weren’t allowed into the breakfast space as there was a wedding party breakfast and a breakfast like no other!!! however, we weren’t able to have any!!! (Ray lied and said this kind of breakfast was available every day!) on to McDonalds for breakfast then… we go out for the entire day only to come back to our used towels and bed not made. I go to the front desk and Raj pointed to the note that says (see photo) the hotel does not provide room services everyday! So we made our own bed and had to exchange our own towels EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Raj lied and said room service was available! Also note the condition of some of the towels were were supplied (see photo). I’m shocked with the responses from Wyndham’s customer service and I did contact them multiple times about this issue and also provided them with photos. Wyndham then contacted Days Inn and Raj lied about everything EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED PHOTOS to Wyndham!!! Wyndham refused to refund our money NOR encourage Days Inn to do the right thing!!! Wyndham – we count on your name when we make reservations!!! I called a number of times and emails a couple of times to have Wyndham help and also requested a refund BUT Wyndham replied that this issue is between the Days Inn and us!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I WENT BY YOUR REPUTATION AND WYNDHAM YOU FAILED BIG TIME!!! I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AS THE PROMISED STAY BY WYNDHAM PROPERTIES WASN'T CLOSE TO WHAT WAS PRESENTED!! and yet Wyndham continues to advertise on our tv about their stays !!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!

I made our reservations through Wyndam Resorts which I have done in the past with no problem. Before we even checked our the stay went downhill!!! First we were told that this Days Inn WOULD NOT honor the price that Wyndam gave us! Raj Patel (new owner) told us that we should have called Days Inn directly for a better price!! He then gave me his card with his email address and his price of $75 a night BUT ONLY IF WE DON’T CALL WYNDHAM DIRECTLY!!! (I do have this card as proof). He then told me if we weren’t happy we could leave! We had been driving over 12 hours and were too exhausted to fight so we checked in. First the bathroom door wouldn’t close. SO we went to the front desk since there was not a phone in the room nor even a clock radio!! Raj told me that the Trevor, maintenance man, was seeing his kids but would be back before 9pm that night to fix the door. Trevor was very nice and yes, he did show up and did fix the door. Next morning I went to dry my hair and although there was a hair dryer attached to the wall there was no plug from the hair dryer to the wall!!!! I told Raj and he just looked at me! FOUR DAYS we were there and NEVER DID RAJ PROVIDE ME WITH A PLUG FOR THIS HAIR DRYER!!!!!!! (see photo). The breakfast offerings was two bananas for “everyone” and a couple of inches of stale Fruit Loops and/or Raisin Bran! There was no yogurt day 1. (see photo) but you could BUY muffins etc at the front desk (see photo) The next day we weren’t allowed into the breakfast space as there was a wedding party breakfast and a breakfast like no other!!! however, we weren’t able to have any!!! (Ray lied and said this kind of breakfast was available every day!) on to McDonalds for breakfast then… we go out for the entire day only to come back to our used towels and bed not made. I go to the front desk and Raj pointed to the note that says (see photo) the hotel does not provide room services everyday! So we made our own bed and had to exchange our own towels EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Raj lied and said room service was available! Also note the condition of some of the towels were were supplied (see photo). I’m shocked with the responses from Wyndham’s customer service and I did contact them multiple times about this issue and also provided them with photos. Wyndham then contacted Days Inn and Raj lied about everything EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED PHOTOS to Wyndham!!! Wyndham refused to refund our money NOR encourage Days Inn to do the right thing!!! Wyndham – we count on your name when we make reservations!!! I called a number of times and emails a couple of times to have Wyndham help and also requested a refund BUT Wyndham replied that this issue is between the Days Inn and us!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I WENT BY YOUR REPUTATION AND WYNDHAM YOU FAILED BIG TIME!!! I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AS THE PROMISED STAY BY WYNDHAM PROPERTIES WASN'T CLOSE TO WHAT WAS PRESENTED!! and yet Wyndham continues to advertise on our tv about their stays !!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!
