The hotel room and the location are good but the service could be improved. During checking in, after collecting all my information the receptionist inserted my credit card inside my passport without telling me. In the afternoon when I went back to hotel to collect the room key from the receptionist. He forgot to return my passport and I had to ask both times. The wifi couldn’t be connected in the morning of the second day and the receptionist did not seem to know at all, they kept giving me different passwords to try before finding out wifi was down until evening. When I found that the wifi still could not connect they gave me different passwords to try again before later saying that the wifi was updating. if I hadn’t ask, they wouldn’t have informed the guests at all.
