Whispering Valley Cottage Retreat ★★★★

"We had a lovely stay at Tallowood cabin at Whispering Valley Cottage Retreat. The beds were very comfortable and we melted into them. The deck was our favourite place and loved listening to the frogs, birds etc. Not a single traffic sound to be heard. The cabin had everything you would need. We opted for a breakfast tray which had oodles of food, plenty to last two breakfasts for two people. Quality was excellent. Communication with the owners was spot on, just enough and also they offered much appreciated directions to access the site which is (wonderfully) tucked out of the way. In terms of phone reception, we had Optus mobile access the whole time which was unfortunately needed as we were managing a contract of sale on our home....but also handy for scoping things to do for each day of our stay. Very much enjoyed this accommodation and would stay again in a heartbeat. Prices were also very reasonable."

Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat ★★★★★

"We had the best weekend at Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat. We go away every year for our wedding anniversary and this is one of our favourites so far (we have been married for 22 years). Ali and Xochi have thought of everything, we had a beautiful breakfast hamper, fresh baked croissants delivered every morning, home made cookies, and Ali's lamb curry was absolutely amazing! Bird food was in the cottage to put in the bird feeder which attracted any different types of birds. What a wonderful weekend we had! thanks Ali and Xochi!"

Top of the Hill ★★★★

"This was a wonderful stay, even if it was just one night. The room was large and super clean. The views are stunning. Breakfast was great too. Would gladly come back again and recommend to others"

Secrets on the Lake ★★★★

"Secrets on the Lake is absolutely magical. So happy we stayed here for our honeymoon. The details and craftsmanship in our treehouse and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The views are incredible as well. Felt like a lost boy in Neverland. Rooms are very well equipped with everything you need. Staff were lovely but George is the heart and soul of Secrets. Such a cutie! We will be back!"

Jandar Retreat Maleny ★★★★

"We stayed in the 4 bedroom house and 2 bedroom as a family group for a wedding. First morning there was a power outage- a quick call to Janine and the generator was switched on. Linda was extremely helpful on that morning also with tips to enhance our stay- thank you Linda it was delightful to chat with you.She ensures that the property is spotless- I give it a 10+ cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. Both accommodations are spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable- it was so peaceful to just sit outside and relax. We had overseas family staying with us and they were very impressed and reluctant to leave. Breakfast provisions were very generous and all local delicious and fresh. Prior and during our stay all queries were answered and actioned quickly. We will definitely return to Jandar and I’m certainly recommending it to everyone. Thank you for ensuring we were comfortable and able to enjoy this time with our family. Regards Jo"

Maleny Lodge ★★★

"Great stay, although parking is very tight and extremely stressful when raining and bad lighting."
