Clarion Live in Malmö is both hotel, concert hall and conference venue, located only a few minutes walk from the central station and 30 minute drive from Malmö Airport, MMX or 20 minutes by train from Copenhagen Airport, CPH. The hotel is well situated for exploring Malmö and Copenhagen and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants around the hotel, should you want something different from the three onsite restaurants. The hotel is modern and well planned and have good size rooms and a big fitness centre. Breakfast is excellent and overlooking the surrounding canals. A great hotel, and if you manage to catch a good concert it's a treat!

The room was a bit basic, that's sort of regular Scandinavian hotel standard. But we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was impossible to beat. It was a few minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. No free parking, but that was the rule for all hotels in the area. There was however a huge parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest, but a good selection, good quality, and even sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free options. The only bad thing was the coffee. It tasted burnt. There was nice mild background music and cute and funny details in the decor. Overall a good experience.

The hotel has a very convenient location. Admin Simon's excellent service, delicious and diverse breakfasts. These are undeniable advantages. With all the other things worse)) Rooms are tired. We stayed at 3 days at Hotell Nordic Link which is situated in Lund's centre really close to Mårtenstorget and many other attractions are all within easy walking distance. What is a HUGE plus is that parking is available directly behind the hotel which has direct access (on the second floor) and an elevator. It cost 190 kr for 24 hours. Helpful and efficient staff. Our room had a little balcony, a mini kitchen with fridge and micro, it was clean, quiet and had very comfortable beds. The room had both blackout curtains and AC. The bathroom was a good size and had all the usual amenities. I think it needs a little shelf near the mirror for toilet bag, make-up etc. There is complementary Pod-coffee, tea and WiFi. However, there was no kitchen hand-towel/tea-towel. What we found problematic was the small breakfast area, there were queues and crowded in the narrow dining area. Considering we are in a Covid epidemic this really needs to be addressed. We tried eating breakfast after 9:10 to avoid queues but it made no difference. We ate outside but it was still very crowded getting the actual food. The cleaning staff were not wearing disposable gloves or using hand sanitizer often, I never saw any staff member do this. Why clean a room every day when there is a risk for infection? I have stayed at Nordic Lund before and I would stay here again, because I love the location but I would skip breakfast until this Covid epidemic is over.

I had a pleasant stay here. A conversation with a welcoming intelligent young man at the front desk convinced me to stay. The lobby gives no clue to the two story newly remodeled bank building on the interior. Cathedral like arches. To Rooms small but fine bed comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Staff was helpful. Location across from central train station.

Delicious breakfast, great location, very clean room. Friendly staffs. Though check in and out can be faster as counter is mostly manned by one staff only.

We chose Unity Malmo because it was advertised as a perfect mix of traditional holiday apartment and luxury hotel. Unfortunately, we could not discover the part of the luxury hotel. The hotel is on Nobelvägen and there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away from which you can take line 3 either to the train station or towards Triangeln. However, only this one line runs and only about every 20 minutes. The area around the hotel does not offer any attractions apart from the Sorgenfri Cemetery. There is a smaller supermarket nearby which is handy if you are self catering. We chose the deluxe studio with 22 square meters. We were welcomed at the reception very friendly are we were also able to leave our luggage until the studio was ready. We received a map and a description of how to get into the building of our studio. Some of the paths are very winding and some of them can only be reached via balconies outside. Our studio was on the 5th floor under the roof with a slope. It was very warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the windows could only be opened when it wasn't raining. The interior is designed by a British designer and decorated in light beige. The individual cabinet elements are stackable. Unfortunately, the upper elements are not accessible for small people, not even the top level in the kitchenette, where pans and pots are placed. A small ladder would be helpful here if you are not accompanied by a taller person. The sofa bed of 140 cm x 200 cm is too small for 2 people, especially since access is only possible from one side as it is right against the wall. This is impractical. In addition, there is no bedside cabinet to store something. Despite the relatively large number of cupboards, there is a lack of storage in crucial places. In the bathroom there is neither a board at the sink nor at the shower. The table is also very small if you only want to eat for two. We found the associated chairs to be very uncomfortable. There was no real workplace where you could conveniently put your laptop. So we had to improvise a lot. The small kitchen is well equipped with portable induction hotplates, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The hotplates could only be used if you turned on the ventilation because the fire alarm was directly above the kitchen. However, the ventilation was extremely loud so that hardly any conversation was possible while cooking.What was missing was a tea towel to dry off a bit. A hand brush would also have been useful, as cleaning only took place every 7 days. With us, this was one day before departure - in this case it no longer makes sense. There is also a gym in the complex that can be used. The Orangery is very pretty with plenty of seating and a large games table for people to borrow one of the many games that are available. Had one night stay in this hotel and we arrived late, we were disappointed that no elevator from parking level to the main lobby and we were forced to carry the luggage all the way up on the staircase. Was told this is because old building but still not convincing! The room was specious and very organised and clean. The breakfast was very good and very rich with many options to chose from, special thanks to Asem at the restaurant/ breakfast for being nice with us. There is no free parking for the hotel and must use the basement paid parking

Very nice hotel with beautiful history. The rooms were like small apartments. Good breakfast, nice coffee and beautiful beds😊 The staff were very smile, helpful and welcome.

Revisited hotel last visit was June 2022, hotel service and staff improved. Continental breakfast has also improved, plenty of coffee and food replenished regularly Clean room, bedding and towels clean and fresh. amazing shower, will rebook in future. If room pricing remains competitive Car parking expensive considering hotel location out of town. Using phone app easypark is better as you can start and stop parking as you move about. Hotel charge for a 24 hr block. .
