"The environment: I'm not sure why, but after turning on the air conditioning, the hotel's AC unit seemed to dry out the floor, making it quite damp. The hotel's location is good, with many great restaurants nearby. I don't really remember the hotel breakfast; I assume it was pretty standard. In my month in Manaus, only two hotels had memorable breakfasts, and the Mercure wasn't one of them, haha."

"This Ibis hotel is very bad. There were small insects in room and also mosquitoes. Reception service was also bad, no answer on phone number from room. I went downstairs to discuss my issue. I stayed in other Ibis hotels in other parts of the world, they were very good. I don’t know why this Ibis isn’t not better."
