"If you are looking for a clean and well maintained place to stay in Udupi, I recommend this place. Budget friendly place close to the centre of the city. Breakfast is on the house and may not be a great spread but can vouch it to be hygienic. Lunch and dinner has to be ordered via a restaurant which is tied up with them and isn’t available in house , but service is very fast. There are enough eateries in a walkable distance so no worries there. If you are going to be out the whole day and come back only to sleep and relax then don’t think of anything further. Krishna temple is about 15 mins drive from here and Malpe beach about 30 mins . Also have stayed here almost thrice so the review is not just because of a one time experience rather post observing service consistency."

"The front desk staff are very courteous, humble and helpful. But the hotel needs a lot to work on and where do I start; 1) Basement car park and you smell sewage which throws you off 2) No water bottles (packed ones) provided, water is filled from a can not packaged water 3) No hot water in the toilets, they will heat it and fetch it (1 bucket at a time) 4) Breakfast is just 2 items; Bread omelette and Poori Chenna ofcourse there is cut fruit if you ask but no buffet that is mentioned on the booking sites. 5) Location is fine close to MIT and shopping area and food places but you may miss it with the location in gmaps. 6) Rooms are good they have just getting renovated and A/c does not cool the entire room and there is no fan to help with the cooling. 7) Noise level is fine 8) Not value for the money you pay 9) Atmosphere needs improvement 10) No amenities, just basic toiletry (tooth brush/ paste, no shaving kit) Overall staff are good but the rest is a let down. :("

"Το property βρίσκεται στο Manipal & not Udupi. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο πανεπιστήμιο MAHE & MIT, κατάλληλο για τους γονείς που επισκέπτονται. Ωστόσο, σκέψου δύο φορές πριν κλείσεις ένα δωμάτιο χωρίς AC, καθώς αυτή είναι μια παράκτια περιοχή. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ καλό και βοηθητικό. Η ευγενική τους συμπεριφορά θα σε τρελάνει. "

"Room was smelly there were no toiletries provided even though we reached late. Washroom jet spary was not working. They were not attending any calls. Multiple bugs were there in the washroom and room. After multiple complaints they didn’t provide any solution."
