"This hotel was close to airport and booked direct with the hotel for one night due to arriving on a late flight, unfortunately our flight was delayed, arrived to check in to Hotel Aviación to be informed by the rude receptionist that they had canceled and resold our paid in advance room refused to get supervisor and now refuse to answer emails to refund money they defrauded from me. Absolutely zero customer service, we tried two other hotels close by but all were booked out so we ended up sleeping in the airport. Would not recommend under any circumstances."

"The hotel is a good option for those who aren't too demanding and just want a place to sleep. Positive aspects include: - cleanliness (something fundamental for me). The flooring is practical, ceramic, and the whole space seems clean; - the location, as it's very close to the airport and has a metro station right outside, allowing you to get everywhere quickly; - the air conditioning, which works perfectly; - the possibility of storing luggage (free of charge) until flight time, which is very convenient on the last day. Negative aspects include: - the lack of sound insulation, both in terms of outside noise (the proximity of the metro is noticeable at times) and inside noise. The lack of thermal insulation isn't relevant because the air conditioning works well. - its minimalist design. A small bedside lamp wouldn't be a big investment but would immediately add comfort (it only has ceiling light); a cup in the bathroom to hold toothbrushes would make life easier. - The shower, which isn't comfortable because the space (the shower stall) is cramped and we're always bumping into the curtain, the wall, or the faucet... in short, it should be a bit bigger, especially since the bathroom is spacious. In summary, it's a simple, economical, but perfectly viable option for staying in Valencia without spending a lot of money."

"We have stayed at the travelodge near the airport ( valencia) a few times now, it's in the perfect location with lidl and mercadona a short walk away. The underground is directly outside so there isn't even any issues getting to valencia. The airport is roughly about a 10 minute over the bridge. This makes the travelodge an ideal place to stop for an over night stay or a weekend away."

"Το ξενοδοχείο που παρήγγειλε προσωρινά για το ταξίδι του ταξιδιού, ήταν πολύ ζεστό στο μπροστινό γραφείο για να μείνει στο κατάστημα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό χωρίς αρωγή, το κρεβάτι ήταν καθαρό και άνετο. Η θέση είναι δίπλα στην πύλη του μετρό, θα είναι σε δέκα λεπτά για να πας στην εταιρεία πελάτη. Μπορείτε να φάτε και να αγοράσετε γύρω σας. Τρεις μέρες καθάρισμα, μια καλή εμπειρία. Θα διαλέξω αυτό το σπίτι την επόμενη φορά."

"The only good thing was the staff who are subjected to endless complaints from clients ,when we arrived were told there were problems as hotel had only just reopened ,there is no food available and there was no hot water in the bathroom The girl on rception was very apologetic and said she was fed up with all the complaints which were no fault of hers No way would we go again ,also the prices advertised on booking .com are not the price you end up paying.Someone should talk to the owner and get the place organised"
