Looking to be in the thick of Marmaris with shops, eateries and places to drink on your doorstep then this is the place for you. This adults only hotel is clean and tidy and mainly occupied by British tourists. We arrived just after 10pm at night and experienced a quick check in. What was disappointing is that we were offered no food on arrival or any assistance with our luggage, luckily our room was on the first floor and the lifts worked. The room was basic but comfortable. It was decorated well. What wasn’t so great it was on a busy road, the double glazing didn’t block out the road noise. We had a small balcony. Ok the positives, the sun loungers round the pool are comfortable and most get sun from 10am to 4pm. You can go to the beach and don’t pay for sun loungers also. Towels are free and can be changed daily. The food -as expected at a small hotel, it caters for most tastes. We enjoyed the salads on offer, fresh bread daily and fresh fruit. We are on day 3 of our holiday and so far the welcome and interaction from the restaurant waiting staff has been good. There is one bar, which is double sided. It offers a good selection of cocktails, local spirits and beer, plus tea and coffee. However, disappointing for us was that they did not have any rum at all!!! There is no entertainment at this hotel which I was extremely surprised about. Great if you want a chilled hotel. So the big question is would I return, and the answer to that is a resounding no, purely based on the lack of sleep due to the road noise. Even purchasing ear plugs didn’t help.

The hotel is about 22 kilometers away from the old town of Marmaris. It is a bit inconvenient to get to the old town! There is no elevator in the hotel. Although the hotel is responsible for transporting luggage, it is somewhat inconvenient! The boss is Turkish and often travels back and forth to China. It is said that he has a company in Shenzhen and is friendly to Chinese people!
Overall, I would recommend it to everyone!

I booked a room at Iskelem hotel with a friend’s suggestion couple of months ago and I traveled for this vacation from United States. I had high expectations from my vacation and I can comfortably say they absolutely exceeded my expectations! I think the location of the hotel is the biggest thing made me and my family so satisfied! It is on the Bay Area (feels like a private Bay Area for hotel costumers only ) and yet very close to city center of Akyaka driving 5 min. and walking probably 15 min. The view of the hotel and Bay is absolutely gorgeous, when you wake up and see that view from the balcony of the room, it feels like you are in paradise. It’s a quite and very elite place to stay. Rooms are so clean and their daily room cleaning is also very good! Their breakfast is very delicious like real Turkish breakfasts and I can tell they buy all their stuff organic from the villages around Akyaka which I really appreciate supporting local and organic. The staff ( literally every single person who works for the hotel) they are so very nice and kind. They are very helpful anytime and also they make sure you are happy and comfortable at your vacation! I absolutely will be back even thinking during the winter break bc me and my family were very satisfied from our hotel. We thank for making our vacation amazing!! :)

excellent location: beach just across the street, another at the back, many good restaurants in the close neighborhood. Walking distance from harbour and old town. Car rentals nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, all English speaking. Classy restaurant, excellent breakfast, good buffet, all you want. Spacious rooms, all you need, clean, airconditioned, silent. Nice terras with seaview is a bonus. (not all rooms have this).

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

The location is very good and in a central place. Very close to Elli Beach in the city centre, Old Town and city bus stop. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room is big enough. It has a large wardrobe and drawers on either side of the beds. You can fit your belongings comfortably. Sheets and towels are clean. Balcony is also sufficient. While most hotels' showers are only curtained, here's a shower cabin. The breakfast options are more than enough. The bar part looked nice but we didn't hang out there. There are already markets, bars, etc. around. There is also a pharmacy right next to it. By the way, they also help with renting a car. I definitely recommend it.

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

L’olive homes da odama ilk girdiğimde kendimi Sidi bou said ( Tunus ) de bulunan o muhteşem beyaz mavi konseptteki evlerden birinde hissettim.Burada mavi renk yerine ahşap renginin sıcaklığı tercih edilmiş,odamız tertemiz ve kullanılan malzemeler oldukça kaliteliydi.Malzeme kalitesi kullanılan yatsan yataklarından kendini belli ediyordu.Kaldığımız oda 1+1 konseptinde yeterli genişlikteydi.Her şey max 4 kişinin yararlanabileceği şekilde düzenlenmişti.Salon kısmında duvardan açılan çift kişilik yatakla 4 kişinin de konforlu bir uyku çekmesi garantilenmişti.Genelde bu tür konaklamalarda salonda bulunan yatakların kalitesi düşük olduğundan,salonda kalanlar mağdur olabilmekte ve rahat uyku uyuyamamaktadırlar.Fakat L’olive homes da 4 kişi için de kaliteli bir uyku garanti.Tatiana hanım ve Sevil hanım güler yüzle bizleri karşıladı ve her karşılaşmamızda bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sorarak kaldığımız süre boyunca ilgilendiler.Geliştirilmesi gereken bir kaç detay ise pencere ve balkon kapı doğramalarının gözden geçirilmesi çünkü dışarıdaki ses içeriye oldukça fazla geliyor.Bir sonraki Marmaris ziyaretimizde de burayı tercih edeceğimizi söyleyebilirim.

Our stay at the Diplomat Hotel in Marmaris Turunc was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, treating us with such warmth and kindness. They were particularly accommodating towards me and my baby, which made a world of difference. Every single member of the team was lovely, from the bartenders to the front desk staff, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention has to go to Rumeysa, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. She was incredibly attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, making sure we were comfortable at all times. Hakan was equally fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we were happy and well taken care of. The food was another highlight—delicious and varied, with something for everyone. And the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, right by the beach with breathtaking views. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already planning to return. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

GGuest UserBij aankomst bleek dat er niet voldoende parkeerplek was zoals wel tegen ons vertelt was. Het zijn gewoon openbare parkeerplekken en niet beveiligt. Hierdoor konden wij dus 10 min lopen van en naar de auto. Ook bleek dat we een andere kamer hadden dan de kamer die stond aangegeven op ***********. Ook was de hygiëne ver te zoeken. ze hebben dit opgelost door ons een upgrade te geven maar wel tegen extra betaling. Helemaal prima. Bij aankomst in onze nieuwe kamer bleek dat de balkondeur niet op slot kon. Ik voelde mijzelf daardoor niet veilig, het antwoord van t hotel was: dat er altijd iemand op de camera’s keek en het echt heel veilig was. (Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik toen ik wegging en terugkwam maar incidenteel iemand bij de computer zien zitten voor de camera’s). De kluis zit niet verankert in de muur waardoor iedereen via de balkondeur naar binnen kon en zomaar de kluis kon pakken. Na sterk aandringen en 2 tripjes naar de receptie en 2 bezoekjes in onze kamer hebben ze toch maar n monteur gebeld. Beetje gek dat we daar zo lang over bezig moesten zijn, lijkt mij dat je ervan uit mag gaan dat de deuren dicht kunnen. Ook leek deze kamer wederom heel erg in verval. De wastafels zijn van cement en geschilderd, waardoor er in de wasbak vieze vlekken ontstaan. De douche is ook geschilderd en bladert af. En doordat het geschilderd is, zie je allemaal vlekken op de douche muur (waarvan? Geen idee smerig was het wel) De kalk aanslag op de kranen maakt het geheel niet beter. Op het toilet hangt een papiertje met “desinfected for you” maar toch zie je de vlekken op de toiletbril. Het enige dat beter was was het aantal m2. Na 3 dagen zouden we naar een andere kamer kunnen (waar we voor betaalt hebben) maar wij wilde daar geen gebruik meer van maken omdat wij dachten dat het na 2 vieze kamers toch niet beter zou worden en hebben we de middag ervoor geprobeerd te praten met de manager, en de receptioniste. Deze gaf aan dat ondanks wij vroeg wilden uitchecken en beschaafd over de situatie wilden praten er toch niks meer te doen viel, en wij dus ook de 200 euro upgrade kwijt zijn -＞ waar wij door nalatige schoonmakers van hun geen gebruik meer van wilde maken. De kamer word alleen bij aankomst “gepoetst” en daarna is er geen poetsservice meer. Het ontbijt is pas vanaf half 10 en is niet gratis, terwijl je geen mogelijkheid hebt zelf eten te maken. Het hotel wordt geadverteerd als nieuw, maar bij aankomst is alles geleefd. De muren zijn op, de vloeren hebben twijfelachtige vlekken en van de badkamer ben je bang dat je schimmel krijgt. Al met al heeft het verblijf in dit hotel echt onze vakantie verziekt, ook heb ik twijfelachtige bultjes op mijn voeten gekregen en ben ik niet in een zwembad geweest (ik geloof heilig dat dit komt door de slechte hygiëne van de badkamer) Terwijl we wel gewoon 800 euro hebben betaalt (met upgrade dus 1000 euro totaal) voor 7 dagen. Stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights following a cruise. Loved the Hotel & in a great position & very good value for what we paid. Right from the start we were made most welcome with a cool drink & help with our luggage. Staff were so attentive in every area even bringing iced water out to the beach area each morning. The All Inclusive option has lots of choice of food & drink. We loved the buffet options of fresh salads, bread, cheese & good selection of cakes each lunchtime & evening. There was a lot of traditional Turkish food as they cater for different Nationalities but some ” British” favourites were also available with a full English Breakfast just a few pounds extra. The young lady cooked omelettes or fresh fried or poached egg each morning for you. Our room was at the front on the top floor with fantastic views of the bay. I took wax ear plugs which completely blocked out the music from next door which ended by midnight anyway. We would certainly return to this Hotel.

Very Good
Beautiful hotel with stunning views . Staff are great always willing to help even if some of the questions were daft they still smiled. Food was good quality and lots of choice. Restaurant and all the rest of the hotel was spotless all of the time room was very comfy check out was a 12 but can pay for longer for £50 that was the only negative. Would recomend to any one to stay ere as it was amazing place right next to the beach.will be return next year.

I recently stayed at Met Boutique Hotel in Marmaris and had a mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several disappointments that affected my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I would rate it as a three-star accommodation.
One of the main issues I encountered was the inadequate air-conditioning in our deluxe room. The room temperature remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Despite notifying the staff about the issue, the problem was not resolved, and this greatly affected my comfort during my stay.
Additionally, I had requested in advance for the sofa bed to be prepared, but upon arrival, it was not done. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, when I requested additional mattress sheets at night, they were not available, which was inconvenient and unexpected.
The hotel's address was not clear in the reservation instructions, and navigating the stone-grounded uphill streets of Marmaris with luggage was quite challenging. This lack of clarity made the arrival experience more difficult than it should have been.
The comfort of the mattress and pillows provided in the room was below par. They were noticeably uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep during my stay. This aspect could definitely be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.
On a positive note, the hotel's location and view were impressive. The scenic surroundings and proximity to attractions added value to the stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the recent renovations gave the property a fresh and modern look.
However, it's worth mentioning that despite reserving a family two-bedroom room for four people, we were given two separate small rooms instead. This was not the arrangement we had anticipated, and it did not meet our expectations for a comfortable family stay.
In conclusion, Met Boutique Hotel in Marmaris had its share of disappointments. The issues with the air-conditioning, lack of prepared sofa bed, unavailable mattress sheets, unclear address instructions, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and the incorrect room allocation were all factors that affected my overall experience. Nevertheless, the hotel's location, view, cleanliness, and recent renovations were positive aspects that should be acknowledged. If improvements are made in the areas of guest comfort and attention to detail, the hotel has the potential to provide a more enjoyable stay for its guests.

We were recommended to use Ali Aly's Turkish Bath at the Romance Hotel. Firstly what a nice guy! Really straight up. Not pushy at at all. Aly picked us up for free from our hotel. His communication about times was excellent. The Turkish Bath was great. We had the basic package which was a bargain at £35 pp. The service was excellent and weren't with other families, just us. His team took their time with us and were lovely. Our 30 minute massage was over an hour and we got a free face mask. There was no extra selling like other places. Our skin felt great and we were so relaxed afterwards. What I liked about Ali's place is that it's clean, he's upfront that his staff are legal and he treats people like he likes to be treated. He goes the extra mile and makes sure his team does. He also remembers you and says hi and stops for a chat if he sees you in the street in a non cheese way. We'll be back. HH9673LLpamelasWe found Villa Dream restaurant in May 2023 while having a walk. We ate there several times, and food was lovely. Owners and staff were very friendly. We went again in October. But this May we see went every day. Mamma, and the boys were absolutely fantastic as usual. Nothing to much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious and prices for food and drink really reasonable. We are back in October and cannot wait to see everyone again.
