Hôtel parfait en plein de centre gueliz ( centre de Marrakech) proche des deux gare train et bus ( CTM) centre commercial carré Eden et des restaurants. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable (literie agréable, nombreux rangements, salle de douche privative, belle vue Propreté irréprochable, bravo à la femme de ménage. Accueil parfait, très attentif, nombreux conseils.
le personnel est extremement sympathique et serviable Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Rajaâ

Property doesn’t have a functioning dinning room which isn’t mentioned on ******* web site. ******* also list it as having a pool. It does not. It’s a bit further away from things so not so walkable as a location. It’s new however and everything works so that’s a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay here. Really welcoming and hospitable staff, clean facilities with the hotel being located in a safe and vibrant area. Only downside is there’s no pool and so nowhere to relax when you’re at the hotel nevertheless would heavily this place.

It was really lovely staying in this brand new hotel. Everything is new and modern which is quite difficult to find in Marrakesh. Among all, hospitality of a receptionist named Chaimaa was impressive and she really made our stay enjoyable. Without her help, our stay would have not been the same. A big thank you to her. I will definitely come back

Amazing experience. Modern build. Rooms we stayed in were clean and to taste. Very courteous staff, enjoyed swiss chocolate and Swiss coffee. I promised Awan we will surely be back. She was so helpful even with other queries.

O Hotel não disponibilizou café da manhã. A TV e o wi-fi não conectavam, os recepcionistas parecem descontentes com o trabalho, ficam repetindo que não podem ajudar e que no dia seguinte alguém vira para solucionar os problemas. Entramos em contato com o proprietário, que disse que um técnico viria no mesmo dia para solucionar o problema, ficamos hospedados três dias. Estou aguardando até hoje. Nem desculpas recebemos.
Hospedagem cara, oferece muito pouco, pior custo benefício que tive na viagem para Marrocos.
