It's a wonderful palais, bringing the history of Marrakech to you, and making you fall in love with place and time, I'll definitely be back to that place, I fell in love with the antique doors, the pictures And the garden and I won't forget the pool😍

Really loved the hotel. The hotel is really like an Oasis. Quiet, beautiful with a very nice pool. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. The whole team was really very good but Marwan and Soufiane really stood out. The helped us tremendously with advice, reservations, etc. The really helped to make the trip very good. In short really liked the hotel and would definitely stay again!

Superb location. Lovely room. Personable, helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. Delightful roof terrace on which to spend sunny mornings. Remember to look at shops nearby the hotel. Not all the good stuff is in the souks!

Palais Kuhn was a wonderful experience with outstanding service. Comfortable to the point of luxurious and located just next to the Medina. I would stay again. The rooftop lounge was a nice spot to listen to the enchanting sounds of Marrakech.

Palais Khum is beautifully appointed with lush greenery , plush rooms and welcoming public areas. The food is delicious and it provides an excellent hammam service. The staff are friendly , courteous and helpful . Highly recommended.

From the time I got to Palais Khum until the time I left, I was happy. Marouan warmly welcomed me with tea and cookies, and he was very kind and hospitable each day. The room was stunning. It was quiet and well decorated. I didn’t want to leave. The pool was gorgeous, the courtyard pleasing to the eye, and the open air eating area served a very nice breakfast. I even got a perfect massage, reflexology, and hair blow dried by Hassna who was sweet. The massage was amazing. The location in the hustling Medina was perfect as you could walk right into it from Palais Khum, but still have a quiet place to stay. The parking lot nearby was helpful too as I’d driven there. I loved every minute of my stay there and will be back!

The Riad is beautifully decorated and the rooms are a great size. The staff couldn’t do more for us and made us feel so welcome. Great location for wandering and exploring the main sites in Marrakech.

Due to extenuating circumstances spent only one night at Palais Khum —but what a wonderful stay it was!!! I was upgraded to suite #1, but that’s not the reason for my raving review. This gorgeous property is immaculate. The staff are genuinely happy to make sure you have a first class experience. Epitome of service with a smile, and can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. All the staff are perfect hosts. I didn’t get the spelling of their names, but phonetically, Marrwon, Zack, Sufrien, Anoar, Bushrah, and apologies I’m sure I’ve left off some names. You all are as amazing as the property. Such a blessing to have met you and can’t wait to see you upon my return. Many thanks for taking such good care of me and my friend.
