Valeria Madina Club - All Inclusive

Great hotel great location. The food was great but the only things are the all inclusive drinks.

We spend a nice week here we like the restaurant the food specialy moroccan one the swimming pool the quite one also poeple are nice helpfull always smiling the animation team are amazing their shows there activities s/o to the smily boy yaya is amazing full of energy see u soon brother

Bit of a mixed bag with the first couple of days not being great, rude staff, lack of towels and toilet paper, bad experiences in the restaurant with waiting for a table, then waiting and asking numerous times for it to be laid. Possibly we hit the back end of the 3 days with no water so staff were frazzled. After a couple of days it picked up alot, friendlier staff, more animation staff and activities. We found a good spot in the restaurant and were looked after by Brahim who was fantastic and got settled with food. Breakfast and lunch were considerably better meals we felt than dinner. We all found something to eat each meal but it was limited and repetitive at times. Make sure to go to the outside kitchen at breakfast for eggs, omlettes and pancakes and fresh baked pizza at lunch. A special shout out to Onavair the hotel photographer who was excellent, always cheerful and came for a chat everyday, we had some pictures taken and they were lovely, would recommend as they were really reasonable, around £5.00 for an A5 size. Plenty of sunbeds and good pools to choose from, you can also use inflatables, which kept the small and big kids happy! All in all we had a nice holiday but everyone agreed we probably wouldn't come back to this particular hotel again.

First night of arriving to the hotel, rude receptionist, put us in one of the farthest rooms of the hotel, showed us a map and left us to figure it out for ourselves, it took about 20minutes in the dark to find our room with our luggage. Terrible rooms, smelt of fresh paint, no toilet paper, the room door did not lock, the shower handle was holding on to the head for dear life! The lights did not work properly on some occasions having to use the torch from our phones to see. Rooms had an old damp smell constantly! We had to change rooms three times after a lot of complaining, 4*?! More like 2*. Staff were rude to English speaking guests. Food was ok, oohhh, except for all the birds constantly flying over your food, finding them in the bread and pastry bowls, stray cats and dogs coming into the dining room as you eat, begging for food. I even witnessed a cat jumping on a table as a hotel guest was having their dinner. Out of all the waiters and bar staff that worked there only 2 waiters and one bar staff were nice. Entertainment was TRASH! And just for French people. Nothing to entertain English people. The club was TRASH! Music TRASH! Yahya was amazing! Probably the nicest person we encountered the whole time we were there. All the receptionists we encountered were all extremely rude! Not helpful in the slightest! We were left to figure things out for ourselves even though they were aware that we did not speak a word of French. Do not even get me started on the spa, paid for a service that was not delivered properly, rude ladies, they made you feel like it was a burden to do the services you paid for. Paid for all inclusive only to discover that you still needed to pay for some drinks and all drinks were charged after 23:00pm. Honestly THE WORST! Hotel I have ever been too, I will never come back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME BOOKING THIS HOTEL!

Avoid. When we were there the resort had no water so all toilets were over flowing, literally poo and toilet paper above seat level! We walked into our room, the smell just hit us from the previous lucky people!!( toilet stacked high) Straight to reception who said we have no water, it's the same for everyone! People were pooing in bags ang leaving them around the place!! They couldn't wash the glasses etc so you got a kiddies paper cup for your beer etc. I could go on!! To be fair this was just for two days. After that, toilets etc. Spotless. Should be noted this is a resort geared for the French. While we were there all announcements were only in French. 90% French The so called entertainment French music at night. Nothing wrong with that if you know before you go and you speak French. The resort should be a 2 star Food at best 4 out of 10 Dreadfully organised mad rush for food, a table and clean cutlery! The staff should be reminded to smile! When it rains the tiled floors are deadly, like an ice rink. Quite run down overall, broken plugs sockets etc. On a positive note the rooms are quite nice. The swimming pools are great, cold but great. Plenty of sun loungers.

Just returning from a 3 night stay at this hotel. Overall the hotel was ok, definitely not 4star more like a 3 star hotel. Pros: The staff are friendly and welcoming. Plenty of sun loungers. Cons: Rooms were cold, even when you put the heaters. No irons in the room, you had to pay a deposit if you wanted to rent one from reception, but there was none ever available. Food is repetitive at dinner, lunch I'd say you have better options, and could have woodfire pizza made fresh. You have to pay a deposit to rent a towel. We ate at the Mango restaurant on our last night, and it was definitely worth the money (extra charge and separate from the hotel). We also used the sauna room in the spa, which was probably the best thing about the hotel. Overall I don't think I would return to this hotel.

ON TOUCHE LE FOND TUI REVEILLE-TOI ! Ah je connais bien les TUI ( lookea / Marmara) et bien là on touche le fond . Pourquoi ? La liste serait trop longue et personne ne lirais ce commentaire. Lisez les autres commentaires en prenant soin d’enlever LES AVIS AVEC 1 SEUL ET UNIQUE COMMENTAIRE ( ils sont pas très fiable 🤔) La playlist TUI était top ! C’est tout …. On est tellement loin des standard TUI , des buffets du Cala Regina , de l’animation de Corfou ( avec Thibault et son équipe) , du luxe du Léna Mary . ICI c’est «  y’a plus » « y’a pas » de quoi ? Et bien y’a pas de jeux café ( pas le lundi et pas le vendredi) , y’a pas assez d’animateurs , y’a pas assez de barman , les chambres sont sales les serviettes aussi ( les bleues et les blanches ) , y’a pas de menthe pour le thé , y’a pas de fromage ,y’a pas de capsule pour le café , y’a pas de vin rouge , y’a pas de cochonnet , y’a pas d’anisette etc etc …. On se fout de nous 2 fois le spectacle « cinéma » la même semaine . Et J’en oublie ….. NUL 👎

Worst hotel/holiday ever! I have never written a review, but this experience definitely justified one. We were on the way to our room to check in, before we’d stepped foot into our room, a French guest was shouting, holding a hair dryer in her hand (which clearly wasn’t working) she barged behind us into our room and plugged her hair dryer into our socket to see if it was working! There were no pillow cases on the pillows! All 4 pillows were covered in yellow saliva!! No towels in the bathroom. All inclusive - evening meal started at 7.30 with BLAND, REPETITIVE food. We weren’t offered drinks at the table. Drinks were limited to beer and wine. There was a huge queue every night for the food as it was quite late! One guy actually walked into the restaurant and came out with a piece of bread! Snack bar - no food at the stated times! Cocktails - vile! Large queues at the bar in the evening with only 1 person serving. Breakfast - we struggled with food in the morning. The only English type of food were pastries and boiled eggs. (The eggs were really over cooked, dry and grey yolk) Location - far out, with nothing really within walking distance. There is an adults only pool, bar and restaurant attached to the hotel which was the best thing about the stay, but this is not included in the all inclusive so you have to pay for food and drinks. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is 4* in a different country so I accepted that fact that they had no English speaking staff at the bar area or food area. Limited choice of alcohol to just beer or wine and food was unbearable to eat. But this was accepted on the basis i decided to book cheap on this occasion. This hotel wouldn’t have gained a 2* in the UK but like I said we are not in the UK and i had travelled with this in mind. Then the real issues kicked in within 24 hours of checkin in. From the moment i woke up the following morning there was no running water into the hotel. Anywhere in the hotel. All coffee machines and drink machines not working and bottle water provided at the bar with a sign in English to state it is a local issue. Constantly told we should be happy that they’re providing free bottled water even though we had booked all inclusive. Not able to take a shower or flush the toilet in the rooms and I wouldn’t dare to see what the toilet in the lobby area would have been like. Holding my toilet in for two days because I don’t want to sleep in a room with a toilet full of poo and wee is beyond me. To top things off the electricity cut out twice in the evening and was told it’s also a local issue and there’s nothing the hotel can do. Apparently they are more annoyed than us about the water and electricity loss and we should be happy with the bottled water supply. We had told our travel agent who contacted the hotel to be told the issue was resolved, we had to provide photo evidence to show we still had no water after 2 days. This morning I sat around the pool wondering how the staff are still in the kitchen with no supply of water and witnessed two staff filling yellow buckets up from the pool and walking back to the kitchen. That was my final straw. We eventually took it upon ourself to check out and book a new hotel, we asked the staff for a refund in which the staff manager was very rude about the situation and we was told we still stayed through out the issue and we would only be refunded for the nights we had remaining. Still yet to see if this refund ever comes through. Holiday from hell !!
