"Human factor and service is great!! Than is golf also great the course is very well maintained!! But hotel lucks of quality they use to have! For the whole stay the air conditioning was not working at all!! Than came the Kalima the hot air from Africa it was boiling!! Hotel swimming pool the water was basically freezing !!! The heating system for pool was not working!!!! Food quality dropped drastically at least to compare to previous visits!!!"

The hotel was clean, the food / drink were spot on, and its located in a great spot (not far from the airport). The staff were friendly, especially Youssef (shout out to him). "Late night drinks by the old harbour wall in what is part of the Marquesina hotel called Barracuda. It’s a nice place to relax and people watch plus there might be some live music close by. Pina colada was nice plus a decent measure of Havana rum for me."

"We stayed at this hotel several years ago (it was a different company then) and enjoyed it so decided on a return visit. However, over the past few months since booking with British Airways Holidays, we started to become somewhat anxious as so many reviews were negative. I rarely write reviews - but decided on this occasion that I should…to balance many of the comments. We stayed in the My Favourite section. It was wonderful and greatly improved since our previous holiday. We breakfasted and lunched most days in the My Favourite buffet near to the pool. The selection and quality of food was excellent. Almost every evening we dined in the My Favourite section restaurant. The food was amazingly good. Each morning we’d make a point of visiting the doorway to see what delicious courses would be on the menu that evening! Afterward dinner we’d adjourn upstairs to the bar which was a super place to chill out. The biggest asset the hotel has is the team running it. The management should be really proud of their staff who are all, without exception, friendly, helpful and professional. My only worry about writing this review is that it may result in many more people staying at the hotel and there being no room next time we want to book!"

"Avoid at all cost! Staff- especially receptionist and Polish guy- Mariusz- sooo rude!!! Room very tired, pool cold, not accepting Mariachis...I actually wanted to check out before my end day... Really? There are ants walking everywhere, shower from which you flood a toilet, no support for disabled, real disaster!!! I never leave a bad review, but honestly...? This place is a joke!"
