The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, even recommending local delicacies and sightseeing routes. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The tea ceremony, including tea tasting and learning about tea preparation, was an exclusive and memorable experience. Everything at this hotel is designed to make guests feel special, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Thea [愉快], who accompanied us throughout our stay and took exceptional care of our comfort and well-being. The beautiful birthday decoration in our room, along with the flowers and complimentary birthday cake gifted by the hotel, made me feel truly happy and appreciated. "I can not describe in words hoe it is to stay here. The whole family is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful and do everything that you have an amazing stay here. The guesthouse is as beautiful as the souls of the people here. Me and my boyfriend loved the time here and also extend for one night, so we stay here 5 nights and would stay longer if we could. "Small hotel with plenty of lights and a drying rack in the room, situated in a neighbourhood that is still being built. The room we stayed in sadly smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the stay, even after opening the windows and using the air conditioner as suggested by the staff. Also, even though we stayed for two nights, they locked us out of our room at 12 pm after the first night, despite their checkout time being 2 pm."

"In the tea city of Shahe Town in Menghai County, this hotel is opened by the owner of the No. 17 tea farmer in Laobanzhang Village; it is pretty good overall; the room was not full recently, and the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free, thank you. The surrounding area by the river is a bit dusty due to recent construction. The facilities are complete, and there is a large tea room for drinking tea. It was very comfortable to drink tea for a day. Next time, I will stay longer and drink the boss's tea. Haha"
