Everything was very clean, good large rooms and pool area. Very quiet hotel and it's a very quiet area of the island. No need to rush and get sunloungers time enough 9.30am-10am. Life guard does start 11am to 7pm. No shop on site, there one about 10/15mins walk away. Restaurant on site is lovely, and you can get GLUTEN FREE pizza 🍕 or pasta. There's a bus 🚌 stop just outside of hotel, a hotel runs from 6pm to 10pm that will take you there sister hotel in the same area.

Great holiday. Fantastic accommodation. The staff were lovely and we were really pleasantly surprised at the quality of the apartments. We were lucky to get an apartment that overlooked the pool. It was just perfect. We loved the resort and the little shop with the freshly baked croissants and bread were a treat each morning. The on-site restaurant was good and we often ate there for either lunch or dinner. We were really impressed with the transfers to the beach, aqua park and Mahon. The drivers were lovely and it was something that allowed us to see a bit of Menorca without having to hire a car. We also felt we benefitted for the peace and tranquility of S’algar. What a beautiful place. It is very quiet but we loved that. The kids loved the pool and we actually thought the temperature was superb! The warmest pool we have ever had an we could have spent hours in it with our children. We loved the relaxed nature of the place. It was a fantastic holiday at a reasonable price indeed 😊

Excellent hotel and facilities just a shame we couldn’t enjoy it like we’d hoped. We stayed back in July 2023 and my husband felt unwell and was admitted to hospital with severe pneumonia, he was in intensive care for 10 days. We had to extend the stay until he was eventually discharged and well enough to fly. Would just like to say how good the hotel were at accommodating me and my two young boys (one with autism) during peak season. We were moved to another room for the extended period. It was one of the most stressful situations I’ve had to deal with on what should have been a relaxing family break. Raquel (manager) and her team did their best to support and accommodate us providing initial information on hospitals, sorting out taxis etc, very grateful and highly recommended this resort it general. It’s a well run resort, the staff are all lovely, great food, facilities and entertainment club.

Amazing resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Apartment spacious and modern, huge bed, very comfortable. Daily cleaning even in self-catering. We will be back next year. Highly recommended 👌

A lovely hotel with apartments surrounding the pool and terraces. The facilities were all working and clean, the staff very friendly. We dined in the restaurant area most times during our stay, plenty of choices and generous tasty helpings. It’s close to the walk to Cala Rafalet which is a 20 minute walk. You can walk down the the small harbour and there are a few cafes between. The houses. The coast road is a decent walk with great views but no access to the sea. A great hotel for couples, families who just want to relax. There are ramps for those with limited mobility.

The hotel was really lovely. Wonderful big pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. A friendly life guard was also in situ. The staff were all friendly and approachable and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Sometimes the entertainment didn't always appear as scheduled but it didn't bother us.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel we arrived late evening was welcomed by very happy receptionist who personally took us to our room 8a large apartment clean with every thing you would need if self catering very good a/c , Wi-Fi free and good , free safe rooms cleaned daily . Every member of staff where friendly and always smiling . Food to a good standard breakfast being the best we where half board . Pool clean area well kept . Very quite 20 min walk to two shops and one restaurant . Free bus from hotel to punta prima which again was quite but clean lovely beach . Our only negative was flys in the restaurant this really needs looking at and very off putting in their . We upgraded to half board which was £23 per person . Kate check out we thought was a £50 which we thought was expensive .

We arrived quite early at 11:30am and to our delight the room was ready early for which we were very grateful as this is unusual in our experience. We had a lovely clean bungalow (31a), with a large open plan living room/diner with a small fully equipped kitchen. The room key activated AC was a definite bonus. Outside our bungalow is a good sized patio area surrounded by trees, plants and palm trees that offered good privacy to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The large pool is only a short walk from the bungalows (a few steps for us), there’s plenty of well spaced out sun-beds (free to use). We ate at La Trattoria restaurant a few times during our stay, the food and service was exceptional, plenty of choice. The restaurant is open for a la carte lunch/dinner and guest on HB/FB basis take their meals in a separate buffet restaurant. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel although this was unreliable and kept dropping the connection for long periods on both our iPhones and then suddenly reconnecting. We did have a full strength 5G (Orange) signal from this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing holiday at this hotel in a nice quiet area and we enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Our self catering apartment was clean and spacious and had almost everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Shame it had no toaster! The pool was larger than expected and never busy. We had a balcony at the rear which was lovely as wit was away from the noise of the pool and live music on 4 evenings. The staff were pleasant and helpful and cleaners came in every day to clean. Would definitely recommend
